The oldest ones are maps, miniature handwriting, original maps of cities and regions, medallions, silk and ivory items of the late 17th century. Watercolor painting was a popular technique in the second half of the 20th century. At the beginning of the 21st century, watercolor has returned to contemporary art in the form of large-scale paintings, and with their lightness, transparen-cy, and bright colors , they are an emotional experience.
