70+ Years of BVM and I am proud to see the BVM family grow from the

new students coming every year with hopes and dreams In their eyes, to the

alumni who have achieved that hopes and dreams. In this period of

pandemic, we need to be “AATMANIRBHAR” so I am pleased that BVM

Registrations were started on 11th June 2020 and ended by 16th June 2020. There were two rounds.

In the first round, the teams had to submit their idea in a canvas which contained the minute details

of the Business Plan- like how it will change people’s life, how it will ease the processes, how to

implement that idea, sectors getting help from that idea, etc. and then prepare an abstract report.

For each session there were two moderators, out of which one moderator had to control the

technical issues, sending meeting links to the teams, keeping the next team ready for the meeting

& the second moderator gave a brief introduction to the judges about the team and also concluded

the sessions. Also, a WhatsApp group was created where all the team leaders were added and

informed about in detail about the session.

As a new session commenced, the moderators gave a brief introduction to the judges about the

team- introduced the team leader, gave Team ID, Team project name. Later on, teams explained

round where judges asked many questions to the team and all the doubts they had for their project.

Judges also gave some suggestions which they thought would help the team in the future for their

project in implementing it.

All the rules and regulations were explained to them thoroughly. After the first round, Submissions

were to be completed. Teams were selected for the final round based on their idea on the basis of

various criteria.

Later on, in final round participants had to present in front of two judges. Teams had to prepare a

PowerPoint presentation and they had to explain their whole idea to the judges. They were asked
