The evaluation of the exchange activities is carried out through different tools

During the two weeks, the participant follow the tutor in her/his daily scheduled work with the aim of observing the various activities of the day

The welcoming of the children The free play The guided project or free activities The meals The rest The meeting with the parents

The process of observation in relation to the objectives of the exchange will attach particular attention to:

The organization of the indoor and outdoor spaces and activities;

The furnishing; The organization of time; The assessment of the free play; The relations among the children; The relations between adults and children; The planning of the activities, the methods of

documentation and the evaluation of the services offered;

The relations among the adults (teacher to teacher interaction, and teachers / family relation)

Description of the context in which the observation takes place

How the activities are planned and what kind of documentation is made and made available for children and families
