Remarks :
1. For handover test, if theres no nearby LTE site, only intra
site handover can be performed.
2. 3G->LTE reselection issue related to 3G network will be
handled by Etisalat.
3. FTP server should be ready for DL/UL throughput target
(unloaded in good RF condition, DL:60Mbps; UL:30Mbps)
4. Throughput Acceptance will be mutually agreed between Huawei
and Etisalat if FTP server is unavailable.
