Because of its con- siderable fluidity, it is recommended for the duplication of models with many undercuts. 1. Artistic ceramics due to its high dimensional stability, considerable fluidity and good mechanical resistance. Concrete moulding. 2. MAIN APPLICATION SECTORS Metric system USA system Mixing ratio 1 : 1 - Viscosity of the mix pre-catalisation 4000 ± 300 cP - Mixing time at 23 °C (73 °F) 1' - Working time at 23 °C (73 °F) 14’ - 17’ - Setting time at 23 °C (73 °F) 1 h - Hardness Shore-A after 24 hours 21 ± 2 ShA - Tensile strength 4.0 ± 0.2 N/mm² 581 ± 29 psi Elongation at break 380 ± 20% - Tear resistance (Die B) 20 ± 1 N/mm 113 ± 6 ppi Tear resistance (Die C) 12 ± 1 N/mm 68 ± 6 pp 3. CHEMICAL AND PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS The preparation is not considered dangerous according to Directive 67/548/EEC and subsequent amendments. Eurosil 22 Blue is guaranteed for a period of 18 months if correctly conserved between 5° - 27°C (41° - 80°F). Close the bottles after use, do not invert the caps or the lids between base and catalyst. The advice given verbally, in writing or through demonstration on how to use the product is based on our knowledge.
