Dear Business Partner,

Ontario’s universities and colleges are hosting the ERAPPA Annual Meeting at Scotiabank Convention Centre Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada on October 16 - 18, 2016. ERAPPA is the Eastern Region of APPA and consists of facilities management leaders from universities from the Ontario, the northeastern United States and eastern Canada. We are expecting over 300 delegates from Canada and the United States to attend the conference in Niagara Falls, Ontario. By participating as a Business Partner in this event, you will have the chance to meet these people and to initiate new relationships or reinforce existing ones.

The ERAPPA members are the people that make decisions in selecting service providers and product suppliers for their respective institutions. This will be an excellent opportunity for your representatives to network and discuss, one-on-one, the issues facing institutions of higher education today and what services or products your company can provide to help solve these issues. There will be ample opportunities for your representatives to interact with the conference delegates, whether it is at meals, between educational sessions, after sessions, during our spectacular planned events, or golfing.

As a participating Business Partner you will be one of over eighty exhibitors in the Hall of Resources (exhibitor hall) at the Scotiabank Convention Centre. In addition to being an exhibitor, your company also has the opportunity to become a sponsor of a particular event during the conference that will provide even more exposure of your company to our facility professionals. There are many sponsorships available and at various levels of support.

GENERAL• Exhibit booth size is 10’x10’. Booth fee includes pipe and drape, one 6’ draped table, two side chairs, and company listing in

conference program• Premier booth location is based on sponsorship level and date of receipt of payment• The Scotiabank Convention Centre Niagara Falls (SCCN) will NOT accept materials or shipments sent directly to the SCCN.

Shipping instruction will be provided• Cost of the use of any AV equipment is not included in booth price• ERAPPA reserves the right to change the floor plan without notice• ERAPPA reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion• NOTE – All booth costs are in United States Currency and subject to a 13% HST Sales Tax of $447.20, including the booth
