FITTINGS AS PER (USA STANDARD-AS ME 831.3 AND ASME B31.9 REQUIREMENTS)
1) EQ0 fluid fittings are aluminum pressure die-cast body and it is made in Spain. (durability is much better than competitors product)
2) The bodies have a cataphoresis surface treatment with a minimum thickness surface of 10µm.
3) The griping system of EQO fluid fittings is in conical SS ring and which will give better grip to the pipe (competitor is having SS flat ring for the grip) 3) EQO fluid is the only one company is offering the Push in fittings for High pressure applications up to 70 bar working pressure. PIPES (made in India by Pneumsys for EQO fluid)(UNI EN 755-2/UNI EN 515/ UNI EN 573-3 STD)
4) Pipes are PPE coated from outside and chromated from inside. PNEUMSYS offers 10 years warranty against 1. Leakages 2. Corrosion and rusting of Pipes 3. Any manufacturing defects in the piping system supplied. EQOfluids Pneumsys.

1) Eqo fluids have aluminum pressure die cast body (metal)fittings design for 70 bar working pressure.
2) Eqo fluids fitting have conical SS grip ring which will give better grip to the pipe .
3) Temperature withstanding capacity of EQO fluid fitting is -20 to +100 degrees@16bar.

Why EQOfluid Piping System
Due to the rough internal surface whenever the pressurised air comes in contact with uneven internal surface of the pipe, turbulence is introduced in the air flow thereby disturbing the optimum velocity balance and thus causing pressure drop
Where as in Eqo fluids aluminium pipes the internal surface of the pipe is very smooth thus enabling a laminar flow and maintaining optimum velocities through out the network

Instant leak free connection made when pipe pushed into fitting. No deburring, no waiting for the welding or threading. Simple ‘plug and play’ system
SpeedThe GI pipes have to be mounted on bench Vice,and then threaded. After screwing, no guaranteeof any leakage, because of clumsy packingmaterial used. So, fittings have to be openedagain.
In case of mistake, fitting is simply disconnected and reused with the right connection.
