OUR STORYIn 1991, Epicure founder Sylvie Rochette realized the food industry wasn’t getting it right! She took charge of the food she served to her family. There is nothing like a mother on a mission! Sylvie’s enterprising spirit and belief in cooking with clean ingredients and eating clean food were the reasons she created Epicure and started the global Good Food. Real Fast.™ movement. After all, she’s been there—Sylvie knows what it’s like to raise a family while putting good food on the table every day. Sylvie was a pioneer of today’s clean eating movement and a driven entrepreneur. In 1997 Epicure was born and resourceful entrepreneurs, Consultants, introduced Epicure bold blends and cookware through home-based demonstrations and product sampling, a.k.a. “the Tasting Party.” Today, Sylvie and her dynamic daughter and company CEO Amelia Warren have made Epicure a driving force for change and healthy eating. 1. Place a tortilla on an upside down Epicure Cakes for One mold in the microwave. Microwave on high for 10 seconds to soften. Place another upside down Cakes for One mold on top of the tortilla and continue to microwave for 40–50 seconds until crispy. Repeat with remaining tortillas.

2. Combine shrimp and Guacamole Dip Mix in an Epicure Square Steamer.

3. Cover and microwave on high for 4–5 minutes.

4. Toss avocado with radishes, Poco Picante Salsa Mix, and lime juice.

½ C (125 ml) sugar

2 Tbsp (30 ml) water

2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil

1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure Vanilla Extract

1 C (250 ml) flour

1 tsp (5 ml) Epicure Baking Powder

2 prepared recipes Epicure Summer Berry Dip

1. Preheat oven to 400° F (205° C). Oil an Epicure Bake & Roll and place on an Epicure Baking Sheet.

2. In an electric mixer, whisk eggs and sugar on high until pale, thick, and doubled in volume.

3. Add water, oil, and vanilla. Sift in flour and baking powder, then gently fold in. Pour batter onto Bake & Roll, spreading to all edges. Bake for 10–12 min, until pale golden brown.

4. While still warm, spread cake with dip. Using the Bake & Roll as a guide, starting at the short end, gently loosen cake while rolling snugly into shape. Chill until ready to serve.
