    What is TSNA?

    Is a tool that yield every teachers strengths

    andprofessional development needs

    is the determination of the differencesbetween the actual condition (what is) and

    thedesired condition (what should be) in

    teacher competencies against the nationalstandards of the DepEd. It is expressed in

    terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes.

    It is composed of

    7 DOMAINS,

    23 STRANDS,

    80 INDICATORS, and270 KSAs.
