DISCLAIMER

As Enchanted Potions continues to grow, the need may arise to alter these policies. We reserve the right to revise, supplement, or rescind any policies or portion of this handbook from time to time, as deemed appropriate. Manual updates are made as soon as possible. When policies are amended, please refer to the company forum for immediate information concerning company policies until the files can be updated.

The policies in this handbook supersede all previous policies and may not be amended or added to without prior approval of the company president. The handbook should be downloaded and printed quarterly as updated.

All product descriptions and images on the company website www.enchantedpotions.com may be used for sales and promotional purposes either online or in print. Images and descriptions remain the property of Enchanted Potions and may not be used for profit in any way other than assisting in the sale of our products.

Enchanted Potions offers several health items. We make no claim as to the effectiveness of these products. Certain essential oils used in these products have healing qualities, but we make no guarantees. Neither Enchanted Potions Management nor Representatives are medical personnel and cannot diagnose or treat any ailment or illness for which you are seeking aromatherapy counseling. Please consult a medical doctor with questions concerning the interaction of some herbs with prescription medications you may be taking or to treat and diagnose any symptoms you may have.

AT-WILL AFFILIATION

Distributorship with Enchanted Potions is at the mutual consent of both the company and the individual, and either party may terminate that relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advanced notice. Upon your resignation or termination from Enchanted Potions, you relinquish any and all rights to Enchanted Potions material - including written files, policies, photographs and other material. Continued use of these items without prior written consent from Enchanted Potions may result in legal action against you.

PRIVACY

Enchanted Potions will always respect your privacy. Your email address and any personal information you provide will never be sold or shared with any outside company or individual. Team leaders will be given your contact information upon request; however it will be kept confidential. Upon termination of your affiliation with Enchanted Potions, whether voluntary or not, your original application will be kept on file for a period of one year. After one year it will be shredded and properly disposed of.

EQUAL OPPORTUNITY

Enchanted Potions provides an equal opportunity to all applicants for distributorship without regard to race, religion, gender, nationality, political affiliation, or age (provided the applicant is 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into the contractual agreement outlined in our distributor agreement).

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION

Enchanted Potions places no geographic or territorial restrictions on its distributors. While it is possible that an individual may be the sole distributor in a particular area at any given time, no “exclusive rights” may ever be claimed. Please also note that all International Sales (Excluding Canada and Unites States Military Bases) are subject to a $15 handling fee in addition to quoted shipping charges on all orders.

PERSONAL DATA CHANGES

It is the responsibility of each distributor to promptly notify Enchanted Potions of any changes in personal data. Our records of personal mailing addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other similar information must be accurate and current at all times. When your shipping information has changed, please be sure to update your customer account when ordering from the main site. To do this, click on New Customer at checkout, enter your current username and password and change the information that has changed before saving the account. Enchanted Potions will not be held responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address for incorrect shipping information or addresses typed into the customer comment field. Any orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will be charged additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Customers are among our organization’s most valuable assets. Every distributor represents Enchanted Potions to our customers and the public. Customers judge all of us by how they are treated with each contact with a company representative. Therefore, one of our first priorities is to assist any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable in the company and its products in the attention you give to our customers.

Personal contact with the public, telephone manners, and customer communications are a reflection not only of us, but also our professionalism. Positive customer relations will not only enhance the public’s image of Enchanted Potions, but also pay off in greater customer loyalty. The way we carry out our duties presents an image of our entire organization. Each contact made with a customer or potential recruit is not only a reflection of your personal business, but EP as a whole.

DISTRIBUTOR POLICIES

Upon receipt of a signed distributor agreement, distributors will receive a 30% discount on all retail priced products. New distributors must immediately place their initial order at the same time the online application is submitted. Any application that is submitted without an order will be deleted. This purchase must be a minimum of $10. All new distributors will receive a company policies handbook via email from their team leader.

Distributors have the option to set their own prices; however, the 30% discount will be given on the MSRP set by Enchanted Potions. EP will occasionally offer monthly or seasonal specials to active distributors. These products will be priced at wholesale prices; therefore no additional discounts will apply. Distributors will be financially responsible for any promotional discounts or giveaways they offer.

The use of "Enchanted Potions" as a business name for a distributor's personal business is strictly prohibited. It is necessary for all distributors to create a unique business name, website URL and email address for their business.

RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products cannot be restocked and/or reused by Enchanted Potions and must be disposed of if returned to us. Returns are accepted only in the case of defective or damaged products and must be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days. Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product. Such items will be replaced with a like product (same product, same scent) and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. In addition, replacement orders will include a bonus gift in appreciation of your patience with our error. Refunds and returns will absolutely NOT be given or issued for any item which is returned due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.

BUSINESS ETHICS AND CONDUCT

Our successful business operation and reputation is built upon the principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct of our distributors and company officers. Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.

Our continued success is dependent upon our customers’ trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust. Distributors owe a duty to Enchanted Potions; its customers, and fellow colleagues to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence of the public. The way we carry out our duties presents an image of our entire organization. Each contact made with a customer or potential recruit is not only a reflection of your personal business, but EP as a whole.

Enchanted Potions will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and expects its officers and distributors to conduct business in accordance with relevant laws and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, inappropriate, or unethical conduct.

In general, the use of good judgment, based on high ethical principles, will guide you with respect to the lines of acceptable conduct. If a situation arises where it is difficult to determine the proper course of action, the matter should be discussed with your sponsor, company officers, or the company owner.

While the previous guidelines are merely suggested standards, the following practices will not be tolerated. Violation of the following will result in immediate termination of your Enchanted Potions contract:

o Intentional false or misleading, damaging statements regarding the company or our products. o Intentionally deceiving or otherwise defrauding any customer. o Disclosing, sharing, or selling any of Enchanted Potions confidential information, promotional material, or trade secrets to any person, or

company, regardless of motivation or gain. o Use of company files, product ideas and other Enchanted Potions owned material for use in your own business, either bath and body or

other business. All material is the property of EP and legal action may be taken against you.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

All distributors are self-employed, independent contractors. Enchanted Potions Distributors are not employees, franchise holders, or legal representatives for Enchanted Potions. As an independent contractor, distributors are responsible for filing all necessary local, state, and federal taxes as may be applicable to earnings and prizes received from Enchanted Potions. In particular, distributors will not be treated as employees with respect to any services for state and federal purposes. Also, any State Unemployment or Worker’s Compensation Act does not apply to any Enchanted Potions distributor.

SALES RECORDS

It is the duty of each distributor to maintain an accurate record of retail sales. Payment of Sales Commissions will be made within the first two weeks of the month. Commission under $10 will be held until the total exceeds $10. Commissions over $10 are available for payout via Paypal or Company check, per the distributor’s request. Commissions reaching $50 will be paid out automatically.

It will be the complete responsibility of each individual to comply with all local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and ordinances concerning the operation of your business. Be sure to check with your local clerk’s office concerning licensing and zoning laws. This also includes responsibility for local, state, and federal taxes that may be due from your total sales with Enchanted Potions. Enchanted Potions is not responsible for non-reported or unpaid taxes. All litigation or IRS audits will be your responsibility.

ACTIVE STATUS

To be considered an “active” Enchanted Potions distributor, each of the following requirements must be satisfied:

*Each distributor must submit an electronically signed online agreement. *Applications submitted without a paid order will be deleted and not processed. *A completed/signed w9 form must be received by the home office before the initial order will be shipped. *All reps are required to make a purchase quarterly. Failure to do so will result in program termination. *To be eligible for downline commissions and bonuses, team leaders are required to make at least one monthly purchase totaling a minimum of $10. *To be considered for sales prizes, swaps, Stardust Ladder positions and other company sponsored plans, a monthly purchase is required (no minimum amount).

Enchanted Potions requires each distributor to maintain contact with his/her sponsor or a company officer at least once monthly. It is important for you to stay up to date on your company status by reading forum announcements including Company Cut Lists and Daily Lab Status Reports. It is imperative that you report any errors to Management ASAP.

Each quarter, we will automatically cut inactive reps who have failed to place an order during the previous quarter. Quarters are: Jan – Mar; Apr – Jun; Jul – Sep; Oct – Dec. Any distributor who has been cut due to inactivity three times will be placed on our ineligible to return list.

COMPANY MESSAGE BOARD

Our message board is our major information pipeline and in addition to providing important announcements, will be a valuable tool for your business. This board will serve as a virtual office where you will have access to all necessary literature, pictures, and information regarding Enchanted Potions. You will find this information in the files section. As products are added or improved, the files will be updated. You will also find company literature and brochures, flyers, and various other business aids. These files may be downloaded and altered to suit your business needs. Please use this board as your main source of information regarding Enchanted Potions as well as a place to interact and meet other EP Distributors. Any questions, comments, or suggestions you may have should first be directed to your team leader. If for any reason your team leader is unresponsive to your needs, please contact management at epmanagers@comcast.net so that we may assist you and move you to another team if necessary.

We request that you refrain from advertising your current businesses on the main business boards. You may post your specials on the advertising board only, which was created specifically for this purpose. Many of our members are also members of a large variety of other businesses related lists where they are likely to see your advertisements.

The Enchanted Potions Message Board can be found at: http://xsorbit4.com/users/enchantedpotions/index.cgi - Upon registering as a new member, you will receive an automatically generated password sent via email. Use this password to log in. If you do not receive this email, please contact Kelly at enchantedpotionsvp@myway.com. Once logged in, clicki ng on the PROFILE link at the top of the page allows you to edit your password and other various settings. Please change the password to something easy to remember.

The forum boards are filled with an extensive amount of information that will go a long way in helping you get started with your Enchanted Potions Business. We strongly suggest that you visit the boards at least once daily so that you will always be up to date on business happenings. PRIVATE LABELING & CUSTOM ORDERS

Enchanted Potions offers private labeling at no extra cost to the customer*. All labels are currently printed on an inkjet printer. Samples will be provided prior to printing a large quantity of labels, just in case the customer desires a higher quality print job.

Custom labeling is a free service for those customers/reps who only wish for the wording to be changed. If you are satisfied with the chosen backgrounds, but want the company name to be changed to reflect your business, EP will provide this at no charge.

*For those customers/reps who wish to use their own logos or custom background designs, there will be a $10 setup fee PLUS an additional $.05 per-label fee on each order. This fee will be manually charged, therefore a corrected invoice will be issued once the order has been received and processed. Any customers/reps that previously had a custom label designed by EP prior to this change will not be affected by this policy.

We will do our best to find molds and/or supplies to fill a special request for specific products. Due to the time involved in processing these requests, there will be a $10 setup fee on all custom orders.

HOLIDAY DEADLINES & CLOSINGS

Please keep in mind that these dates are only tentative and may change as we near the holidays. Revised deadline dates will be posted on the company forum. Orders placed after the deadline may not arrive in time – no exceptions! Canadian reps should move deadline dates up by 1 week.

ADVERTISING

Enchanted Potions distributors are free to advertise in any venue they feel beneficial. Distributors should, however, refrain from making any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding Enchanted Potions, its products, or fellow distributors. “Spamming” of Enchanted Potions propaganda will also not be tolerated.

Spamming is defined as sending unsolicited email to persons who have not specifically requested the information. This includes sending information about other programs you are involved with to persons who have asked for information about Enchanted Potions only. We suggest you include other businesses you are involved with in your signature line and allow those reading your requested emails the opportunity to ask for additional info.

Violations of this policy will result in your position dismissal and revocation of any and all commissions and/or discounts. Enchanted Potions is in no way responsible for any costs incurred by individual representatives. All business fees incurred are the responsibility of the representative.

DISTRIBUTOR ORDERING PROCEDURE

All distributor orders should be submitted using the main company website. At checkout, enter voucher code eprep to receive the 30% discount. This voucher code is for your use ONLY and should NOT be given to customers or posted anywhere. Any order placed without the voucher code will forfeit the discount. Distributors wishing to send a check*, money order or any other payment via Postal Mail should fill out a company order form and mail it with payment to Enchanted Potions PO Box 392 Ooltewah, TN 37363. Any order submitted without payment will be held for 10 business days pending payment. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will be cancelled. Should a payment arrive after an order has been cancelled the payment will be returned to you and you will need to reprocess your entire order. Please do not place an order via the company website unless payment is ready for immediate mailing. Please note this will result in a serious delay in the processing of your order. Once payment is received, your order will be placed behind any paid pending orders waiting to be processed. To ensure prompt shipment of an order, please submit payment at the time of the purchase.

Online orders may be paid for using a credit card, Propay transfer (enchantedpotions@comcast.net) or Paypal account (Company ID: enchantedpotions@comcast.net). Orders may also be mailed to the office along with a check or money order. (Made payable to Enchanted Potions)

* Personal checks will be held for 10 business days to clear your bank. Any returned checks will incur a $15 fee in addition to any fees charged by your financial institution. Enchanted Potions will not accept personal checks from anyone who has had checks returned twice.

Distributors are urged to acquire a merchant account should they wish to accept credit card payments from customers (we recommend www.propay.com). Enchanted Potions will however process Paypal or credit card payments for distributors. Paypal or credit card transactions will be for the full retail total. The rep's commission account will be credited with the sale minus fees and a handling charge of $1 per transaction.

SHIPPING ON PARTY ORDERS

The following shipping plan is available on all party orders being shipped to the same address. There must be a minimum of 5 party orders to qualify for these party shipping rates. For parties held outside the continental US, please use your judgment on how much to charge each guest.

~ 5 - 7 orders = $2.50 per person ~ 8 - 9 orders = $2.00 per person

~ 10 -12 orders = $1.50 per person ~ 13+ orders = $1.00 per person

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are custom made when the order is placed. Currently, we ship within 10-14 business days of order/payment receipt. (Please note...this is 10-14 business days, weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate.) We will notify you by email of any delays in shipping. Enchanted Potions ships orders as often as possible.

Orders may be shipped directly to you, your hostess, or drop shipped to your customer at no additional cost. Shipping & handling charges are calculated using real-time shipping calculators through UPS and USPS. If the shipping charges paid with the order are within $2 off, there will be no refunds or additional payment requests sent. However, if you have overpaid more than $2, we will refund the difference via Paypal or issue a store credit if you have used a credit card. Any underpayments will result in a money request sent via Paypal. Please note that shipping

overpayment refunds sent via Paypal are sent to the email address you have listed on your order. If the payment is not claimed within a certain amount of time, it is forfeited.

All international orders (excluding Canada and US Military Bases) will incur a $15 handling fee in addition to the shipping rates calculated by the shopping cart.

COMMISSIONS

Payable commissions will be paid via any of the following (rep's choice): Paypal, Company check, Money Order (cost of money order will be deducted from the commission amount). Payments due may also be used as a store credit on any Enchanted Potions store products or rolled over to the next month. Payment of Sales Commissions will be made within the first two weeks of the month, per the distributor’s request. However, commission checks under $10 will be held until the total exceeds $10. Balances over $10 may be rolled over to the following month; however there will be a $50 cap. Once the $50 cap has been met, payment will be automatically sent via Paypal or company check.

Please note that Enchanted Potions is a very small company and our management team works several combined jobs. Although we do our best to keep accurate records and deliver commission reports in a timely manner, we may sometimes make errors or be delayed. It is in your best interest to keep company/payment records and bring any discrepancies to our attention ASAP. We will do our best to work with you to resolve the error quickly and efficiently. All Commissions and/or Contest Prizes are forfeited should you resign or be terminated from Enchanted Potions for any reason.

RESIGNATION

Any distributor found in violation of a company policy will relinquish his/her position along will any & all due commissions and/or bonuses. Upon resignation or termination, the distributor will be immediately removed from all company databases, forums, member’s areas, etc. Any distributor wishing to return to EP after one month of surrendering his/her position will be required to reapply and make the mandatory kit purchase.

SPONSORING RECRUITS

Distributors are encouraged to recruit new associates and act as a sponsor to them. It is necessary for all distributors to notify Rhonda (rngpie@yahoo.com) any time you contact a potential recruit so this can be recorded in the company database. Please refrain from sending EP potentials information regarding other business opportunities you may have as this is considered spam.

As a sponsor, you are responsible for providing training to your downline. Sponsors will also receive commissions on team member’s commissionable* sales each month. The percentage paid will be dependent upon the team leader’s position on our Stardust Ladder. Certified team leaders will lose their certification and therefore need to take a refresher training should they not have any team members for a period of 60 days at any time.

*Commissionable sales are total retail sales, less applicable taxes, discounts, and shipping charges. Hostess rewards, special purchases, starter kits, business aids, and other special or seasonal sales do not qualify as commissionable sales or count toward sales bonuses the company may offer.

Payment of Sales Commissions will be made within the first two weeks of the month. However, commission checks under $10 will be held until the total exceeds $10.

RECRUITING ROTATION

*Any rep who wishes to be added to the recruiting rotation MUST meet the following criteria: • Must have been with Enchanted Potions for a minimum of 3 months and during those 3 months have been making monthly purchases and actively participating in the company forum. • Must have recruited at least one team member on his/her own to qualify for Team Leader training. • Must have attended all appropriate trainings and become a Certified Team Leader.

Once a team leader feels he/she has met the above criteria, he/she must email Rhonda (rngpie@yahoo.com) and request that his/her name be added to the rotation list. Once Rhonda has verified the requesting party has met all necessary conditions, she will begin sending him/her company potentials. In order to remain on the recruiting rotation, the rep must meet the following:

• Make a monthly purchase (any dollar amount) • Notify Rhonda via email within 3 days that the person requesting information has been contacted. If no response is received within 3 days, we will assume the information was not sent to the potential and will therefore pass that information to another distributor and you will be removed from the recruiting rotation. • Keep Rhonda up to date on the status of your dealings with the potential

• Send information regarding Enchanted Potions ONLY and not Spam the potential with information regarding other business opportunities you may have as this is considered spam.

If a member of the recruiting rotation does not meet the above conditions, he/she will be removed from the rotation for the following time periods:

• The first time a rep is removed from rotation, he/she is penalized by being off the rotation for 30 days. • The second time he/she is removed, he/she will remain off the rotation for 90 days. • The third time he/she is removed, the removal is permanent.

To be reinstated after the probation period (i.e. 30 or 90 day removal) you MUST send an email to Rhonda requesting to be added again to the recruiting rotation.

STARDUST LADDER PROGRAM

This program is our way of giving our reps some wonderful incentives for increasing sales and building an active team. Everyone eligible for company benefits is eligible for this program, which we have dubbed our "Stardust Ladder Program". Enchanted Potions has the right to replace any prize with a similar or like prize comparable in retail value. FUNDRAISERS

Enchanted Potions will be more than happy to accommodate large orders for fundraisers. At this time, however, fundraisers will not be company sponsored. Either the organization or the distributor will provide any special incentives, prizes, and paperwork needed.

The most profitable way for organizations to generate funds using Enchanted Potions products is to add $2.50 to the retail price of the products they will be selling. This $2.50 from each item will go directly to the organization.

Because Enchanted Potions only offers handcrafted products, large orders may require more than the average delivery time. Distributors need to notify the company before ANY fundraiser starts so we may have the proper amount of ingredients on hand when the orders arrive. Either the organization will be responsible for shipping, or they will need to pass it on to the customers.

REDIRECT WEBSITES

A redirect site is a sales site personalized for those Enchanted Potions reps who have applied for and been granted a site. All reps are eligible for a redirect once they have made a purchase. Redirect pages will remain on our servers for as long as you are active. (Making a purchase or getting a sale at least once every quarter) Once you have made a purchase, you may sign up for a redirect on the company website or go to: http://www.enchantedpotions.com/store/WsAffSignup.asp and fill out the info. Please allow up to one week for your redirect to be set up. Once your redirect is set up, you will receive an email with the necessary information to check your stats and the URL link to add to your existing website or advertise it as is. PLEASE PRINT THIS EMAIL – it is important to have as a reference.

Redirect payments are made the month following the end of a quarter. Redirect commissions over $10 will be offered for payout via store credit (shopping cart), Paypal payment or company check sent via postal mail. The notice will be a simple note with your total monies pending. All payout requests MUST reach the home office by the end of the payout month. An Affiliate site is a sales site personalized for NON-Enchanted Potions reps via our now defunct affiliate program. Any Enchanted Potions representative who leaves the rep program will immediately have their redirect site title changed to affiliate site and follow the rules governing the affiliate payout program. Affiliate payments are made the month following the end of a quarter. Affiliate commissions have a $25 minimum and will be paid out only after the commissions total has reached $25 or more. Affiliate payouts will automatically be made via company check and sent to the payment address indicated in the affiliate profile. The payment will include a report which includes current and year-to-date payment information. Enchanted Potions is in no way responsible for incorrect addresses or misdirected mail and/or returned mail or checks. Enchanted Potions retains the right to alter or change this payout program as deemed necessary.

PROBATION

In order to maintain a comfortable, honest working and buying environment for our reps and customers we have incorporated a probation program. Representatives who are placed on probation will have 30 days to resolve the problem which resulted in the probationary status. After 30 days, the rep's status will be reevaluated. At this time, the distributor will either be reinstated to full company benefits or terminated from the company.

In addition, reps on probation are not eligible for company benefits during their probationary period. This includes but is not limited to the EP birthday program, company-sponsored swaps, special purchases, team commissions and bonuses, or recruiting inclusion. Enchanted Potions reserves the right to determine actions, which merit probationary placement, however distributors will be placed on probation immediately for any of the following offenses:

• Failure to deliver products and/or complete transactions with either customers or fellow reps. • Disrespectful treatment to fellow reps, customers, or the EP management team. This includes, but is not limited to verbal, written, or

forum posts.

PRESIDENT’S CLUB At Enchanted Potions, we cherish each and every representative, whether a personal-use rep, a soon to fizzle out rep, or an eager to grow their EP business rep. We hope that our reps see how we value them by the training programs, one on one interaction and sales benefit programs we offer. Our President’s Club members have done one simple thing – they each placed a qualifying order each month. For this seemingly small thing (which is not so seemingly small to us here in the EP offices) these reps will enjoy the following benefits:

• A free product sample in all orders. Any order shipping to them or any drop-ship orders shipped directly to their customers will contain a free sample. There is not sample choice on the part of the PC member and items will be based on availability. Samples will be custom labeled if applicable.

• A special monthly prize drawing will be held for all PC members and may include EP store credit, EP products, or prizes such as cash, merchant gift certificates or merchandise.

When will I receive my starter kit? All orders, including kit purchases and redirects, are processed in the order in which they have been received and paid for. Please allow an additional 10 business days for your check to clear prior to your order being processed.

When will I receive my order? Orders are generally processed within 10-14 business days (weekends & holidays NOT included). You will be notified of any delays.

How long do I have to wait for my redirect to be set up? Redirects are generally processed on a weekly basis (usually Mondays). Although we often get redirect sites setup each week, we do ask that you allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed. Do I have to pay for hostess rewards? Nope! Enchanted Potions will cover the cost of basic hostess rewards. Should you wish to offer additional rewards, these will be out of your pocket.

What is the best selling product/fragrance? Because our top-sellers vary from week to week, each Month we will announce the "Enchanted Potions Most Wanted" list. This list will be a calculation of the top 10 selling fragrances and products sold during the previous month.

What is the commission rate and how is it paid? Distributors receive a base commission of 30% on all orders. We also have an incentive program for distributors to receive up to an additional 10% commission. For those with a redirect site, the company will track your sales and will send you an email at the beginning of each month to inform you of any commissions due you and we will either issue a check or give store credit for any amounts over $10. Any totals less than $10 will be rolled over to the following month. For distributors without a redirect, you will place all orders on the main site and enter voucher code eprep to receive your 30% discount - thus, your commission comes straight from the customer.

Does Enchanted Potions use animal testing? Absolutely not! Each of the products we make & sell are tested on and used by our families.

What is your return policy? No cash refunds will be given. Defective or damaged products returned to Enchanted Potions within 30 days will be replaced with a like product and shipped free or a store credit will be issued.

Does Enchanted Potions have a privacy policy? Enchanted Potions will always respect the privacy of our distributors and customers. Your email address and any personal information will only be used for processing your order and company records and will never be sold or shared with an outside company. Contact information will be given to your team leader upon request.

Am I required to purchase stock & keep inventory on-hand? No. In fact, we discourage it! Enchanted Potions is unique in that all of our products are made at the time the order is placed. A customer will never receive an item from EP that has been sitting on a shelf collecting dust. This is a major selling point with most customers!

How can I advertise my Enchanted Potions business? Enchanted Potions does not place any advertising/selling restrictions on our distributors, with the exception of “spamming”. We strongly enforce a no-spam policy. We do allow distributors to advertise and sell in any alternative venue in whi ch they feel comfortable with (home parties, craft shows, retail accounts, internet, websites, etc).

What’s so Magical about Our Potions? I like All Natural Products, is Enchanted Potions all natural? True: all natural products would contain no preservative and would require special handling such as refrigeration or storage in a cool dark place. True: all natural bath products, like natural food products, would spoil after a few days or weeks and would actually become dangerous to your health. So, no, Enchanted Potions does not make all natural products because we add preservatives for your protection to our products. Except for the preservatives however, we do our best to create our potions with only the finest vegetable and food based items available. Below is a sample ingredients list taken from a bath and body product that claims to be all natural.

deionzied mineral water, sodium laureth sulfate, coconut betaine, coconut MEA, polyquaternium 10, EDTA, aloe, marshmallow, ivy pellitory

root, cucumber, elder flower, arnica, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, ylang ylang essential oil.

The above example illustrates how anyone can claim their product is all natural when in reality it is not. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is a common synthetic detergent (man made) used to enhance the foam factor in many soaps and shampoos…not natural. The above ingredient listing is mostly natural but not 100% natural as the producer claims. Ok…so Enchanted Potions products aren’t natural but are they tested on animals? No, Enchanted Potions NEVER tests on our four legged friends, we prefer to use 2 legged family and friends to be our guinea pigs. Enchanted Potions Lotion Vs. Many Name Brand Lotions: So what is the difference and why purchase our lotion when you can buy lotion locally and get it quicker? Your body will thank you, that’s why. Many name brand lotions sold in department stores contain Mineral Oil. Mineral Oil is petroleum based (think crude oil you put in your car) Do you really want that on your skin? The mineral oil is w hy your favorite lotion feels so greasy on your skin, the greasier, the more mineral oil. Our lotion contains Vegetable and nut oils that are friendly to your skin. They are nourishing to your skin and you won’t feel that greasy residue because your skin will absorb these oils and actually use them to help your skin, not just hide the dryness problem. Essential Oils Vs. Fragrance Oils: This is a common question our customers ask, what’s the difference? Fragrance oils are man made (synthetic) allowing for more variety in the scents you can order your favorite products in, like Tommy or Amber Romance.
