We take great pride in providing our customers and wholesalers with the highest levels of professional service and products and it is our unspoken goal to exceed your expectations. As owner, I am not only passionate about this company, but I take a special interest in your achievement as well. It delights me to offer men and women the opportunity to be self-employed selling products everyone can use and enjoy. I am committed to providing reasonably priced, superior products. Our entire line of Enchanted Potions bath and body products is handcrafted using only the finest quality ingredients. Due to our great attention to detail, our products are superior to other items on the market. Orders are hand poured as they are submitted, so you will never receive an item that has been sitting on a shelf collecting dust. To our wholesalers we offer high commissions, as well as business aids, advertising aids, company literature, sales incentives, and complete company support. As Enchanted Potions continues to grow, the need may arise to alter these policies. We reserve the right to revise, supplement, or rescind any policies or portion of this handbook from time to time, as deemed appropriate. Handbook updates are made as soon as possible.
The policies in this handbook supersede all previous policies and may not be amended or added to without prior approval of the company president. The handbook should be downloaded and printed quarterly as updated.
All product descriptions and images on the company website www.enchantedpotions.com may be used for sales and promotional purposes either online or in print. Images and descriptions remain the property of Enchanted Potions and may not be used for profit in any way other than assisting in the sale of our products.
Enchanted Potions offers several health items. We make no claim as to the effectiveness of these products. Certain essential oils used in these products have healing qualities, but we make no guarantees. Neither Enchanted Potions Management nor Representatives are medical personnel and cannot diagnose or treat any ailment or illness for which you are seeking aromatherapy counseling. Please consult a medical doctor with questions concerning the interaction of some herbs with prescription medications you may be taking or to treat and diagnose any symptoms you may have.
AT-WILL AFFILIATION
Being a wholesaler with Enchanted Potions is at the mutual consent of both the company and the individual, and either party may terminate that relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without advanced notice. Upon your resignation or termination from Enchanted Potions, you relinquish any and all rights to Enchanted Potions material - including written files, policies, photographs and other material. Continued use of these items without prior written consent from Enchanted Potions may result in legal action against you.
PRIVACY
Enchanted Potions will always respect your privacy. Your email address and any personal information you provide will never be sold or shared with any outside company or individual. Team leaders will be given your contact information upon request; however it will be kept confidential. Upon termination of your affiliation with Enchanted Potions, whether voluntary or not, your original application will be kept on file for a period of one year. After one year it will be shredded and properly disposed of.

GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION
Enchanted Potions places no geographic or territorial restrictions on its wholesalers. While it is possible that an individual may be the sole wholesaler in a particular area at any given time, no “exclusive rights” may ever be claimed. Please also note that all International Sales (Excluding Canada and Unites States Military Bases) are subject to a $15 handling fee in addition to quoted shipping charges on all orders.

PERSONAL DATA CHANGES
It is the responsibility of each wholesaler to promptly notify Enchanted Potions of any changes in personal data. Our records of personal mailing addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and other similar information must be accurate and current at all times. When your shipping information has changed, please be sure to update your customer account when ordering from the main site. To do this, click on New Customer at checkout, enter your current username and password and change the information that has changed before saving the account. Enchanted Potions will not be held responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect address for incorrect shipping information or addresses typed into the customer comment field. Any orders that are returned due to an incorrect address will be charged additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Customers are among our organization’s most valuable assets. Every wholesaler represents Enchanted Potions to our customers and the public. Customers judge all of us by how they are treated with each contact with a company representative. Therefore, one of our first priorities is to assist any customer or potential customer. Nothing is more important than being courteous, friendly, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable in the company and its products in the attention you give to our customers.
Personal contact with the public, telephone manners, and customer communications are a reflection not only of us, but also our professionalism. Positive customer relations will not only enhance the public’s image of Enchanted Potions, but also pay off in greater customer loyalty. The way we carry out our duties presents an image of our entire organization. Each contact made with a customer or potential recruit is not only a reflection of your personal business, but EP as a whole.
RETURNS
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Products cannot be restocked and/or reused by Enchanted Potions and must be disposed of if returned to us. Returns are accepted only in the case of defective or damaged products and must be returned at the customer’s expense within 30 days. Please contact us via email if you encounter a defective or damaged product. Such items will be replaced with a like product (same product, same scent) and shipped free or a store credit will be issued. In addition, replacement orders will include a bonus gift in appreciation of your patience with our error. Refunds and returns will absolutely NOT be given or issued for any item which is returned due to dislike of the product or the chosen scent.
BUSINESS ETHICS AND CONDUCT
Our successful business operation and reputation is built upon the principles of fair dealing and ethical conduct of our wholesalers and company officers. Our reputation for integrity and excellence requires careful observance of all applicable laws and regulations, as well as a scrupulous regard for the highest standards of conduct and personal integrity.
Our continued success is dependent upon our customers’ trust and we are dedicated to preserving that trust. Wholesalers owe a duty to Enchanted Potions; its customers, and fellow colleagues to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence of the public. The way we carry out our duties presents an image of our entire organization. Each contact made with a customer or potential recruit is not only a reflection of your personal business, but EP as a whole.
Enchanted Potions will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and expects its officers and wholesalers to conduct business in accordance with relevant laws and to refrain from any illegal, dishonest, inappropriate, or unethical conduct.
In general, the use of good judgment, based on high ethical principles, will guide you with respect to the lines of acceptable conduct. If a situation arises where it is difficult to determine the proper course of action, the matter should be discussed with your sponsor, company officers, or the company owner.

While the previous guidelines are merely suggested standards, the following practices will not be tolerated. Violation of the following will result in immediate termination of your Enchanted Potions contract:
o Intentional false or misleading, damaging statements regarding the company or our products. o Intentionally deceiving or otherwise defrauding any customer. o Disclosing, sharing, or selling any of Enchanted Potions confidential information, promotional material, or trade secrets to
any person, or company, regardless of motivation or gain. o Use of company files, product ideas and other Enchanted Potions owned material for use in your own business, either bath
and body or other business. All material is the property of EP and legal action may be taken against you.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
All wholesalers are self-employed, independent contractors. Enchanted Potions Wholesalers are not employees, franchise holders, or legal representatives for Enchanted Potions. As an independent contractor, wholesalers are responsible for filing all necessary local, state, and federal taxes as may be applicable to earnings and prizes received from Enchanted Potions. In particular, wholesalers will not be treated as employees with respect to any services for state and federal purposes. Also, any State Unemployment or Worker’s Compensation Act does not apply to any Enchanted Potions wholesaler.
PRIVATE LABELING & CUSTOM ORDERS
Enchanted Potions offers private labeling at no extra cost to the customer*. All labels are currently printed on an inkjet printer. Custom labeling is a free service for those customers/wholesalers who only wish for the wording to be changed. If you are satisfied with the chosen backgrounds, but want the company name to be changed to reflect your business, EP will provide this at no charge.
*For those customers/wholesalers who wish to use their own logos or custom background designs, there will be a $10 setup fee PLUS an additional $.05 per-label fee on each order. This fee will be manually charged, therefore a corrected invoice will be issued once the order has been received and processed. Any customers/reps that previously had a custom label designed by EP prior to this change will not be affected by this policy.
We will do our best to find molds and/or supplies to fill a special request for specific products. Due to the time involved in processing these requests, there will be a $10 setup fee on all custom orders.

Please keep in mind that these dates are only tentative and may change as we near the holidays. Revised deadline dates will be posted on the company forum.

ADVERTISING
Enchanted Potions wholesalers are free to advertise in any venue they feel beneficial. Wholesalers should, however, refrain from making any false, misleading, or exaggerated claims regarding Enchanted Potions, its products, or fellow wholesalers. “Spamming” of Enchanted Potions propaganda will also not be tolerated.
Spamming is defined as sending unsolicited email to persons who have not specifically requested the information. This includes sending information about other programs you are involved with to persons who have asked for information about Enchanted Potions only. We suggest you include other businesses you are involved with in your signature line and allow those reading your requested emails the opportunity to ask for additional info.
Violations of this policy will result in your position dismissal and revocation of any and all commissions and/or discounts. Enchanted Potions is in no way responsible for any costs incurred by individual representatives. All business fees incurred are the responsibility of the representative.
WHOLESALER ORDERING PROCEDURE
Wholesalers do not have a minimum order requirement. All orders over $150 retail will receive a 40% discount; all orders below $150 retail will receive a 30% discount. To allow for maximum profits, wholesalers are free to set their own retail prices on all products. Enchanted Potions custom labeling is also available*.

* Custom labeling is a free service for wholesalers who only wish for the wording to be changed. All wholesale orders should be submitted using the main company website. Wholesalers wishing to send a check*, money order or any other payment via Postal Mail should fill out a company order form and mail it with payment to Enchanted Potions PO Box 392 Ooltewah, TN 37363. Any order submitted without payment will be held for 10 business days pending payment. If payment is not received within 10 days, the order will be cancelled. Should a payment arrive after an order has been cancelled the payment will be returned to you and you will need to reprocess your entire order. Please do not place an order via the company website unless payment is ready for immediate mailing. Please note this will result in a serious delay in the processing of your order. Once payment is received, your order will be placed behind any paid pending orders waiting to be processed. To ensure prompt shipment of an order, please submit payment at the time of the purchase.
Online orders may be paid for using a credit card, Propay transfer ([email protected]) or PayPal account (Company ID: [email protected]). Orders may also be mailed to the office along with a check or money order. (Made payable to Enchanted Potions)
* Personal checks will be held for 10 business days to clear your bank. Any returned checks will incur a $15 fee in addition to any fees charged by your financial institution. Enchanted Potions will not accept personal checks from anyone who has had checks returned twice.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will not be processed until the following business day. All orders are custom made when the order is placed. Currently, we ship within 10-14 business days of order/payment receipt. (Please note...this is 10-14 business days, weekends and holidays are not included in this estimate.) We will notify you by email of any delays in shipping. Enchanted Potions ships orders as often as possible.
Orders may be shipped directly to you or drop shipped to your customer at no additional cost. Shipping & handling charges are calculated using real-time shipping calculators through UPS and USPS. If the shipping charges paid with the order are within $2 off, there will be no refunds or additional payment requests sent. However, if you have overpaid more than $2, we will refund the difference via paypal or issue a store credit if you have used a credit card. Any underpayments will result in a money request sent via Paypal. Please note that shipping overpayment refunds sent via paypal are sent to the email address you have listed on your order. If the payment is not claimed within a certain amount of time, it is forfeited.
All international orders (excluding Canada and US Military Bases) will incur a $15 handling fee in addition to the shipping rates calculated by the shopping cart.

What’s so Magical about Our Potions? I like All Natural Products, is Enchanted Potions all natural? True: all natural products would contain no preservative and would require special handling such as refrigeration or storage in a cool dark place. True: all natural bath products, like natural food products, would spoil after a few days or weeks and would actually become dangerous to your health. So, no, Enchanted Potions does not make all natural products because we add preservatives for your protection to our products. Except for the preservatives however, we do our best to create our potions with only the finest vegetable and food based items available. Below is a sample ingredients list taken from a bath and body product that claims to be all natural.
deionzied mineral water, sodium laureth sulfate, coconut betaine, coconut MEA, polyquaternium 10, EDTA, aloe,
marshmallow, ivy pellitory root, cucumber, elder flower, arnica, vegetable glycerin, citric acid, ylang ylang essential oil.
The above example illustrates how anyone can claim their product is all natural when in reality it is not. Sodium Laureth Sulfate is a common synthetic detergent (man made) used to enhance the foam factor in many soaps and shampoos…not natural. The above ingredient listing is mostly natural but not 100% natural as the producer claims. Ok…so Enchanted Potions products aren’t natural but are they tested on animals? No, Enchanted Potions NEVER tests on our four legged friends, we prefer to use 2 legged family and friends to be our guinea pigs. Enchanted Potions Lotion Vs. Many Name Brand Lotions: So what is the difference and why purchase our lotion when you can buy lotion locally and get it quicker? Your body will thank you, that’s why. Many name brand lotions sold in department stores contain Mineral Oil. Mineral Oil is petroleum based (think crude oil you put in your car) Do you really want that on your skin? The mineral oil is why your favorite lotion feels so greasy on your skin, the greasier, the more mineral oil. Our lotion contains Vegetable and nut oils that are friendly to your skin. They are nourishing to your skin and you won’t feel that greasy residue because your skin will absorb these oils and actually use them to help your skin, not just hide the dryness problem. Essential Oils Vs. Fragrance Oils: This is a common question our customers ask, what’s the difference? Fragrance oils are man made (synthetic) allowing for more variety in the scents you can order your favorite products in, like Tommy or Amber Romance. Essential Oils are oils that are distilled directly from plants, flowers, roots, bark and so on. Essential Oils can be extracted from the host by a variety of methods including steaming, pressing and distillation. Depending on the production method used, fragrance oils are generally used by teaspoons while Essential Oils, because they are so much stronger than fragrance oils are measured in drops. Essential oils, if not used correctly can be dangerous to certain individuals with different medical conditions (including but not limited to pregnancy or heart problems) It is VERY important that if you seeking the advice of an aromatherapist you are sure of his/her background. Unfortunately, many so called certified aromatherapy experts are people who have given themselves the title, there are no recognized aromatherapy certification programs in the U.S. The person you are dealing with might actually know a whole lot about the oils they are recommending or they might be faking it to get your money, be careful! ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE ABOUT ANY AROMATHERAPY PROGRAM GIVEN TO YOU. Enchanted Potions staff has no aromatherapy certification and relies on knowledge collected over the years from working with various oils. Enchanted Potions essential oils are not intended to diagnose or treat any ailments or conditions you may have. You should always speak with your doctor about any alternative healing methods you are considering. Body Safe Fragrance Oils: Enchanted Potions uses only cosmetic grade body safe fragrance oils that are skin friendly and Essential Oils in limited quantities. Should you ever have ANY kind of reaction to any of our products you should discontinue use and notify us immediately so that we can research the problem. When purchasing products from any bath and body business be sure to ask if the fragrances are skin safe. Many fly by night bath and body businesses use Potpourri oil to scent their products. Potpourri oil may irritate and in extreme cases burn your skin. Know what you are buying! Do you sell Tear-Free Shampoo? Tear-free products contain a chemical that inhibits tear production in tear ducts. Prolonged use of such chemicals could permanently damage the tear ducts. Because this is the body’s natural & healthy response to rid the eyes of foreign substances, we will never sell any products with such chemicals added.

Alcohol - Used as an astringent for cleansing and disinfecting
Aloe Vera Gel - Extracted from the Aloe Vera Plant, this gel has long been used for its skin healing properties. It's a well known healing and soothing agent for damaged, dry skin. It is soothing and healing for burns, skin irritations, and raw open wounds.
Baking Soda - Baking Soda, a sodium bicarbonate, is a naturally occurring substance that is present in all living things--it helps living things maintain the pH balance necessary for life. Baking soda is made from soda ash, also known as sodium carbonate. Aside from being added to bath water, bath salts and bath fizzes, it's taken internally for acidity, and used throughout the home for cleaning, deodorizing, leavening bread, and fire extinguishing
Beeswax -Beeswax has the sweet smell of honey. It adds many wonderful properties to various body care products. Beeswax makes a harder bar of soap and is also used in creams, lotions, lip balms and candle making.
Borax - Used primarily as a rinsing agent in our products containing oils. Borax is necessary so that you won't feel that oily residue
Cholesterol - (with Aloe Vera for added Moisture) Used as a base for our Moonmist Hair Conditioner. It aids in healing dry damaged hair while leaving hair shiny and easy to manage. Safe for any hair type including oily, dry or damaged hair.
Citric Acid -One of the most widely used acids in the cosmetic industry, it is derived from citrus fruit by fermentation of crude sugars. Used as a preservative to adjust acid-alkali balance. It is also used as an astringent, alone or in astringent compounds. Among the cosmetic products in which it is frequently found are freckle and nail bleaches, bath preparations, skin fresheners, depilatories and hair rinses. The clear, crystalline, water-absorbing chemicals are also used to prevent scurvy, a deficiency disease, and as a refreshing drink with water and sugar added. No known toxicity.
Cocoa - 100% natural product from the cocoa plant/bean. Used primarily to give a fragrance boost to our chocolate products. Skin safe with softening properties.
Cornstarch - softens the skin and keeps powdered milks from clumping, gives an added silkiness to the water.
Epsom Salts - The soothing mineral crystals ease aches, while softening rough spots and absorbing foot odors. Epsom salt baths are an excellent way of combating stress and alleviating muscular aches and pains. The high magnesium content in Epsom salt baths facilitates the removal of acids through the skin. They are, therefore, a wonderful natural treatment for sportsmen and women as well as patients suffering from arthritis and rheumatism. As you soak, the natural action of Epsom Salt helps soften the rough, dry patches of your skin.
Essential Oil - These oils are the oils extracted directly from a plant through various distillation processes. These are pure oils and are never diluted. Pure essential oils can be dangerous to those with certain medical conditions if used in large quantities. We include an essential oil description sheet with any of our products containing them.
Fragrance Oil - These oils are made from either a dilution of an essential oil mixed with a carrier oil or from synthetic scents oils, perfumes or colognes. It is important to be sure your Bath and Body products are made with skin safe fragrance oils and not potpourri oils. Never use potpourri oils directly on your skin.
Gelatin - A common dessert recipe addition, we use gelatin in our jelly like products for the firming effect.

Glycerin - An odorless, colorless, syrupy derivative of olive oil, glycerin has long been used as a benign solvent, lubricant, and preservative. It is sweet tasting, warming to the skin, and edible. Glycerin is used as an ingredient in edible love oils. Glycerin is a humectant that draws moisture to the skin and is an excellent addition to any lotion recipe
Glycerin Melt and Pour Soap Base - Vegetable Glycerin is a natural byproduct of the soap making process. Many larger name store brand soaps discard the glycerin to sell in aftermarket form. One of these forms is to make into a melt and pour soap base. Melt and pour soaps are ready made soap bases which can be melted, mixed with various ingredients for special soap recipes and poured into molds. (See Below for complete listing)
Herbs - Various dried flowers and plants thought by many to have healing effects.
Honey - Because honey has antibacterial properties, it is helpful with acne. Honey has been used as a healing aid since the 16th century. It can be applied topically to disinfect and speed the healing process in wounds, scrapes and burns. Honey acts as an antibacterial, anti -fungal, and anti-inflammatory. Because honey contains vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, it is a wonderful beauty aid that nourishes the skin and the hair.
Jojoba - is very similar in composition to human natural skin oils. It penetrates the skin rapidly to nourish it; also softens and moisturizes mature and dry skin. Jojoba helps to heal inflamed skin conditions such as psoriasis or any form of dermatitis, helps control acne and oily scalps. Since it has antioxidant properties, it can keep other oils from going rancid.
Lotion Base - A blend of several skin nourishing oils, which we mix with color and scent for your product. This is one of the few products we do not make ourselves. A complete ingredients listing of our lotion base is available upon request. (See below for complete listing)
Oatmeal - Soothing powers; purifying and softening effect
Phenonip - A liquid preservative to inhibit a full range of microbial growth in creams, lotions, salt scrubs, dusting powders and liquid soap bases. Phenonip can tolerate higher temperatures than many other preservatives and still maintain its effectiveness.
Powdered Milk - when massaged onto damp face, leaves skin smoother and fairer because the grains gently exfoliate and the cream formed by water and powder leaves the skin soft, hydrated and whitened. It also keeps working even when washed off. After prolonged use, the skin becomes even in color, lighter and smoother because the exfoliating action keeps pores free of sebum and dead skin debris. Promotes softer, smoother skin and relief from dry, itchy skin.
Unscented Soap Base - A mild soap base used as the starting point for many of our products. It is used as a cleansing agent and/or sudsing agent. (See below for complete listing)
Lotion Base - Water, propylene glycol, glycerin, glycol stearate, stearic acid, cetyl alcohol, aloe barbadensis (Aloe) leaf juice, isopropyl palimitate, theobroma cacao (cocoa) seed butter, butyrospermum parkii (shea butter) fruit, dimethicone, triethanolamine, tocopherol acetate (vitamin E), honey extract, citrus medica limonum (lemon) extract, foeniculum (fennel) extract, saliva officinalis (sage) extract, achillea millefolium (yarrow) extract, buxus chinensis (jojoba) extract, methylparaben, propylparaben, DMDM hydantoin.

Aqua 7732-18-5 - Water
Propylene Glycol 57-55-6 - One of the most widely used cosmetic ingredients, it is a clear, colorless, viscous liquid, slightly bitter tasting. It is the most common moisture-carrying vehicle - other than water itself - in cosmetics.
Sodium Stearate 822-16-2 - 92.82% stearic acid. A fatty acid used in deodorant sticks, toothpaste, soapless shampoos, and shaving lather. A white powder with a soapy feel. Slowly soluble in cold water; a waterproofing agent and has been used to treat skin diseases and in suppositories.
Glycerin 56-81-5 - Any by-product of soap manufacturing; it is a sweet, warm-tasting, oily fluid obtained by adding alkalis to fats and fixed oils.
Sodium Myristate 822-12-8 - Myristic acid. Used in shampoos, shaving soaps and creams. A solid organic acid that occurs naturally in butter acids, oil of lovage, coconut oil, and in most animal and vegetable fats. Also used in food flavorings. When combined with potassium, it gives a very good copious lather.
Sorbitol - A humectant, gives a velvety feel to skin. Used as a replacement for glycerin in emulsions, ointments, dental creams & various cosmetic creams. A binder for toilet preparations. Also used in hair sprays, hand lotions, shampoos and rouge.
Sodium Laureth Sulfate - The sodium of sulfated ethoxylated lauryl alcohol, widely used as a water softener and in baby and other nonirritating shampoos as a wetting and cleansing agent.
Triethanolamine - A coating agent for fresh fruit and vegetables and widely used as a dispersing agent and detergent in hand and body lotions, shaving creams, soaps and shampoos.
Tea-Stearate - A combination of triethanolamine and stearic acid.
Tea-Myristate - A combination of myristic acid and surfactants. Myristic acid - used in shampoos, shaving soaps and creams. A solid, organic acid that occurs naturally in butter acids, oil of lovage; coconut oil, and most animal and vegetable fats. Also used in food flavorings. When combined with potassium, gives a very good copious lather.
Tetrasodium Etidronate or EDTA - An important compound in cosmetics used primarily as a sequestering agent or preservative, particularly in shampoos.
Pentasodium Pentetate - Prepared from dehydration of mono and disodium phosphates. It's a softener, emulsifier and dispersing agent.
The white/opaque base has titanium dioxide added for color - the greatest covering and tinting power of any white pigment used in bath powders, white eye shadows, hand lotions, etc. Occurs naturally in three different crystal forms. Permanently listed for general cosmetic coloring in 1973.
