Insert the core ends into the feed throughof the splice ring
(fig. 3 ). In order toguarantee a clear assignment of the cores,the
individual core feed throughs of thesplice ring are numbered (1, 2,
3). Cut offthe projecting core ends. Make sure thatthe core ends
are flush with the splice ring(5): they can protrude by up to 3 mm,
butmust not be too short.

flexible Leitungen mit PVCund PE isolierten Adern.
Caractéristiques requises des lignes
Lorsqu'on utilise QUICKON pour une connexion "ligne-appareil",
on obtiendra la fiabilité requise à condition derespecter les
spécifications relatives au câble et aux couples de serrage, qui
sont stipulées dans les caractéristiquestechniques. On peut
utiliser des câbles souples avec des fils isolants PVC ou PE.
Demands on the conductors which can be used
With the "conductor-device" connection, the reliability of the
connection is achieved using QUICKON if the conditions forthe
conductor and torques listed in the technical data are complied
with. Conductors with PVC and PE insulated corescan be used.

On peut réutiliser le même système de contact pour réaliser
jusqu'à dix connexions différentes. Si l'on raccorde le même câble,
ilfaut couper les longueurs de fil qui ont déjà été utilisées pour
établir le contact. Avec un nouveau câble, il faut veiller à mettre
enœuvre des fils de même section. De cette façon, on sera assuré
d'obtenir de nouveau un contact étanche et de bonne qualité. SiI'
on procède à des raccordements répétés, il faudra éventuellement
remplacer le joint et la couronne. Le montage et le démon-tage du
câble ne doivent se faire que hors tension. L'installation et la
mise en service ne doivent être confiées qu'à un
personnelspécialisé possédant les qualifications requises. Il faut
par ailleurs respecter les normes nationales spécifiques
applicables.

sind die jeweiligen landesspezifischen Vorschriften(z. B. DIN, VDE,
...) einzuhalten
