    FOREWARD

WhenHealth,SafetyandEnvironmentalpoliciesbecomealifestyleandeveryonein the organization adopts this with responsibility, pride and like a family rulebook, it reaches toastageofnearperfection. With thirtyplusyearsofbusinessexcellence integrated with management system standard implementation,EmdadHSEsystemsnowreapthebenefitsofitsmellownessphase.

Thekey to thesuccessof thismaturity lies in fourbasicparameters.Firstbeingthecommitmentofitstopmanagement,HSEteamandworkforce, secondlythedocumented systems and the training we continuously conduct at periodicintervals, thirdlythecooperationandrecognitionwegetfromourpartnerOPCOcompanies, manufacturers and suppliers. And last but not least, is the will ofEmdadteammembersandtheunderstandingtheyhavedevelopedwithregardstoHSE system, the initiatives theypropose, the sound implementationand therecognitiontheygetinreturn.

As CEO of Emdad it is my pleasure and pride to lead an organization whichreflects soundHSEmanagement systems, an organizationwhich is recognizedmultiple times by client companies for its HSE initiatives, record keeping andsound track record.Andaboveall thepeoplewho reflect fulladaptation to theHSEsystems.Yes itrequires involvement, dedication, presenceand investment, but as our year logo said, life is precious, more than the business revenue itgeneratesandthesweetprofits ityields.Forus, intruesensesafetycomesfirstandissecondtonone.

AscollectiveEmdadteam, wewillstrivetoexcelfurther, ensurefullparticipationand presence in the coming years. Aim at learning from our experiences andensuring continual improvement at every phase of the activity which canpossiblyimpacthealth, safetyandenvironment.
