Apartments at Elmwood Avenue are available to buy on a part-buy/part-rent basis, where you can buy between 25% and 75% of the property price, and pay a discounted rent on the remaining share. After 12 months you will have the option of buying more shares until you own the property outright. This scheme benefits first time buyers who are looking to get on the property ladder, but cannot afford to get a mortgage for the full amount. As your financial situation improves, you will have the possibility to increase your share holding in the property. The more shares you own, the less rent you pay.
