F1. Financial Reports

BE IT RESOLVED: that the Board of Education accepts the April 2013, and May 2013 financial report, as submitted, which include the monthly Board Secretary’s Report and the Treasurer of School Moneys report for the respective month endings. The Board notes that the Secretary’s and Treasurer’s Reports are in balance for the cash receipts and disbursements for the respective month endings.

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(c)3, the Board of Education Secretary certifies that as of May 2013, that no line item account has encumbrances and expenditures, which in total exceed the line item appropriation in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(a).

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:

Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(c)4, the Board of Education Secretary certifies that as of May 2013, after review of the District’s monthly financial reports no major account or fund has been over expended in violation of N.J.A.C. 6A:23-2.11(b) and that sufficient funds are available to meet the district's financial obligations for the remainder of the fiscal year.

F2. Confirmation of Bills and Warrants
