Cold runner/Cooling water… should have a constant

temperature of 23°C ± 2°Cneeds be absolutely clean

to avoid blocking cooling channels

additives like frost protection can affect the cooling capacity of water drastically

in-coming pressure into the mold should be about 3bar higher than back flow
