Recruitment Process

Quality/ Quantity of Database:

We have around 10,00,000 resumes in our database for all positions that we havehandled till date and we keep updating it on regular basis as we have a separate teamwhich keeps updating the database to ensure that it is up to date.

Resume Screening Methods:Once we receive requirements from client, we assign one Account Manager from ourteam who understands requirement from the client. Once we understand therequirement, same is provided to the recruitment team and profiles are sourced frommultiple sources. We have documented QC mechanisms in place at every step andaudit is done at regular intervals.Once the Recruitment team sources profiles, one round of check is done at accountmanager’s end and for senior positions, senior team member personally speaks tocandidates to validate the screening. Once the screening is complete, the profile isforwarded to the client for further processing.
