Chablis (Louis Latour) d Bourgogne The wine is lively and mineral. The whole is well-balanced. A pure expression of Chardonnay from Chablis!

Pouilly Fuisse (Louis Latour) d Bourgogne In this Pouilly-Fuissé we find hints of delicious white fruits and light buttered notes. With a touch of peppermint, which adds to the long finish.

Sancerre (Comte Lafond) d Loire Regarded as one of the very best Sancerre’s available... absolutely delicious, with a fresh bouquet of citrus, flowers and slate. Full bodied, complex flavours and acidity.

Puligny Montrachret (Louis Latour) d Puligny-Montrachret A golden, greeny colour with a buttery nose with a hint of green apples. Rich, round and concentrated with deep luscious fruit… superb!

Balbas d Ribera del Duero A bit of herb, a bit of earth and plenty of dark cherry and blackcurrant.

Carlos serres d Rioja Fine elegance, with an impressive finish… a very enjoyable crianza.

Enate (Cabernet Savignon Merlot) d Somontano Lovely complexity of blackberries and strawberries combined with new oak on the nose. The wine has a velvety texture and lingering finish.

Marqués de Victoria Crianza A simply superb full-bodied wine from this great wine producer!

Marqués de Cáceres Crianza This wine has a deep ruby colour, is powerful, well balanced with softness and structure.

Campillo Crianza d Rioja Medium to full bodied dry red with complexity and finesse… a Spanish wine drinkers favourite!

Viña Sastre Crianza d Ribera del Duero Beautiful violet colour, aromas of truffles, earth and crushed fruit. Very elegant on the palate with bright sweet fruit and sweet oak notes.

Chateau La Croix Canon d Canon-Fronsac Smooth, silky, rich, generous and fruity... very classy indeed.

Chateau Neuf-du-Pape d Cote du Rhone Very appealing... this is a powerful wine, blended from exactly thirteen types of grapes with a liquorice-like character to the finish.

Chateau La Fleur-Gazin d Pomerol This has bags of delicious soft cherry Merlot fruit, good depth and concentration with and a very fine supple texture. A lovely rich cassis and plum nose tops it off a treat.

Chateau La Fleur-Petrus d Pomerol Round ripe fruit on the nose following onto a full-bodied palate with concentrated spicy fruit flavours, liquorice, dark chocolate and vanilla… simply the best!

Faustino V Reserva d Rioja Velvety and meaty with a lovely integration of the sweet tannins from the grapes and those from the wood, resulting in a smooth yet robust wine.

Marqués de Riscal d Rioja The wine has good concentration with soft ripe red fruits and American oak opening up to reveal vanilla notes.

Marqués de Victoria Reserva d Rioja A very elegant wine with an intense bouquet that brings to mind jelly made from fruits of the forest and sweet spice.

Campillo Reserva d Rioja A great wine... this has a spicy nose with elements of new wood, with a palate of dark fruits, spice and tobacco.

Viña Ardanza Reserva d Rioja Traditional Rioja flavours of mature fruit, vanilla, and a hint of spice with a complex nose of mature forest fruits, with notes of tobacco, cinnamon and coconut.

Viña Sastre Reserva d Ribera del Duero Complex aromas of sweet earth, red liquorice and spices. The palate shows black fruits with a long lasting finish.

Faustino I Gran Reserva d Rioja Bright cherry colour; on the nose, spices and new wood, toast, leather, vanilla and balms. Full bodied, with both elegance and acidity, ideal to complement food.

Viña Imperial Gran Reserva d Rioja Superb... with aromas of blackcurrants, figs, leather, tobacco and spice. Concentrated fruit flavours, good acidity, and soft round tannins. The finish is long and elegant.

San Vicente d Rioja This big, flamboyant wine is packed with loads of ripe berry fruit and spice. From the flashy new oak to the deep colour and long finish, the San Vicente is rich, intense and plush.

Vega Sicilia Valbuena V Años d Ribera del Duero Brilliant ruby in aspect, with fresh red fruit, pencil lead, cigar box and plum on the nose, leading to a full-bodied, silky, concentrated palate of dried dark fruit, chocolate, liquorice, black pepper and garrigue spice.
