In addition to explosive protection, EL-EX GARANT is engaged in the field of fuel technology.

EL-EX GARANT is a leader in the domestic market in the field of explosive protection.

In the filed of fuel technology, EL-EX GARANT ranks among the first ten according to its share of the market in the Republic of Serbia.

EL-EX GARANT operates on the Serbian market and has a representative agency in Montenegro.

Our products and services are used by business companies in oil industry, defense industry, chemical and food-processing industry.

Our biggest customers are Lukoil, Eko Hellenic, Serbian Army, Intermol, ELP, Petroleum Industry of Serbia, Galenika Fitofarmacija, paint and varnish factories and many others we have exclusive contracts with.

EL-EX GARANT employs 16 workers. Professional and skills structure: 3 employees have university degree, 2 employees have college education and 11 workers have secondary education, two of whom are electronic technicians. Service staff is comprised of people with years of experience in the business of maintenance and servicing. All the employees are trained to work with all kinds of equipment that may be used in oil industry, defense industry and chemical and food processing industry. All the maintenance engineers have passed the competency test required for working in explosive hazardous areas.

EL-EX GARANT owns all the necessary equipment-maintenance tools, equipment for installation of liquid fuel and LPG storage and dispensing system, equipment for calibrating liquid fuels and LPG dispensers, as well as equipment for testing high pressure vessels. EL-EX GARANT possesses all the necessary equipment for calibration of liquid fuels and LPG dispensers, i.e. set of measuring instruments, compressor pump, intended to be used in potentially explosive atmosphere, for returning LPG directly into the tank, as well as a pump for returning fuel from measuring vessels. Company motor pool contains 8 vehicles of which five pick-up trucks and three motor vehicles. The average age of vehicles is 5 years. All the vehicles have been fully paid off.

Lukoil filling station for vessels Decanting of fuel from tankers into fuel warehouses on land

EL-EX GARANT has elaborated a complete project, as well as arranged equipment delivery and assembly, installation and putting it into operation. Complete equipment is intended for use in potentially explosive atmosphere.

Lukoil in Doljevac and OstružnicaFuel storage, tank lorries transfer facilities, rail tank wagons tansfer facilities with automatic mechanical devices.

EL-EX GARANT has completely overhauled and altered electro installations and equipment for decanting and refueling. It has also installed the complete fire alert system with control panel, it has installed the earthing system and gauge bypass, carried out the control of the lamifer railroad track (insulation)coupling, carried out all the measurements and prepared certification documents for technical acceptance. The complete work meets the requirements of the safety measures in explosive atmosphere.

EL-EX GARANT arranged the delivery of the equipment (fuel dispensers) together with assembly, installation and putting it into operation.

Army warehouses and technical overhaul institutes

EL-EX GARANT carried out the inspection of the tanks and pipelines under pressure, overhaul, repair and recertification of the equipment used in potentially explosive atmosphere, repair of the high flow fuel meters used at tank lorries fill points as well as overhaul of transformer stations.It also carried out control calculation of the tank strength and drew up complete construction technical documentation for the tank. It carried out delivery, installation and calibration of petrol station equipment.
