In January 2016 El Huizache Folkloric

Ballet is named member of

the World Association of Performing A

rts (WAPA) Mexico section based in the

city of Xalapa, Veracruz, which

distinguishes it as one of the main folk

dance groups in Mexico

In 2016, the Director of Folkloric Ballet El

Huizache together with expert dance directors

make up the Association of United Folklorists

of Jalisco (OFUJAL). At present Ballet Folclórico

el Huizache is directed by

the President of the Civil

Association Passion and

Development of Mexico Lic.

Juan Francisco Magaña

Aguilar, which was founded

in the current year.

Ballet Folclórico El Huizache is originally from

the Municipality of El Arenal Jalisco,

Mexico. With five years of artistic career, he

has been nominated as a group of

international stature thanks to the hard work

of his dancers.

the tutelage of Mr. Juan

Francisco Magaña

Aguilar since June 2014.

International Festival of folkloric dance “ The

colors of the World”

Ballet Folclórico "El Huizache" for 7 years is the host of the International

Festival of Folkloric Dance "The colors of the world" that takes place every

year in a row and is directed by Director Juan Francisco Magaña Aguilar. The

guests are National and International groups.

The objective of this festival is the coexistence between groups in a

multicultural learning environment. As well as how to take the culture to the

different Municipalities of the State of Jalisco, participants of the festival.

international dance festival "colores del mundo"

AC, receiving since 2013 about forty groups from

more than twenty different countries of the world,

based in twenty different municipalities in the

interior of the state of Jalisco.

Founder producer of the international children's

festival of folkloric dance "coloring Mexico",

festival that replicates the format of colors of the

world with the peculiarity of bringing professional

companies of folkloric dance from different

countries of the world.

Founder and current president of the united

folklorists organization in Mexico. Organization

that brings together the directors of the 150 most

important companies and folkloric ballets of our

Country

National ex president in Mexico, of

the World Association of Performing Arts. WAPA,

a non-governmental NGO with presence in 50
