BANDERA AZULBandera Azul es un galardón anual y un sistema de certificación de la calidad ambiental desarro-llado por la FEE desde 1987. Promueve y premia la participación en iniciativas ambientales volun-tarias de las autoridades municipales, la pobla-ción local y visitante y los agentes del sector del turismo. Los criterios para obtener la Bandera Azul se agrupan en cuatro áreas: Calidad de las aguas de baño, información y educación ambien-tal, gestión ambiental y seguridad, servicios e instalaciones.
SISTEMA DE CALIDAD “Q”El Ayuntamiento de Calvià apostando por la cali-dad de sus servicios ha implantado para la gestión eficaz y eficiente de las playas del término munici-pal de Calvià un sistema de gestión de calidad ba-sado en las normas UNE – 187001 – 2011 Playas: Requisitos para la prestación del servicio.
La implantación del Sistema de Calidad Q del Instituto para la Calidad Turística Española con el aval del Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Co-mercio de España asegura que las playas certifi-cadas cumplen el máximo nivel de excelencia en la calidad de los servicios ofertados a los usua-rios de las playas.
El municipio de Calvià es galardonado cada año con este distintivo en algunas de sus playas.

BLUE FLAG AWARDSThe Blue Flag is an annual award which was created by the Foundation of Environmental Education in 1987 and consists of a system of certification for environmental quality. It pro-motes and awards participation in voluntary environmental initiatives carried out by municipal authorities, the local population, visitors and all actors of the tourism sector. QUALITY SYSTEM “Q”Calvià Town Council is going all out to back quality services in all of the beaches situated in the re-gion, by means of implanting efficient and effec-tive management procedures based on the norms of quality stipulated in UNE – 187001 Beaches: Requirements for the provision of services.
The implantation of the Quality System “Q” of the Spanish Institute of Touristic Quality, authorised by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Commerce assures that the certified beaches comply with the maximum level of excellence in the quality of the services offered to their users.

BLAUE FLAGGEDie Blaue Flagge ist eine jährliche Auszeichnung und ein System der Umweltqualität, entwickelt durch die FEE seit 1987. Es fördert und honoriert die freiwillige Teilnahme der Unweltinitiativen der Gemeinden, Einheimischen und Besucher und ebenso der Agenten der Tourismusbranche. QUALITÄTSSYSTEM “Q”Die Gemeinde Calvià setzt auf die Servicequa-lität an ihren Stränden und hat zur effektiven und effizienten Verwaltung ein Qualitätssystem eingeführt, welches auf den Normen der UNE – 187001 -2011 Strände: Anforderungen für Serviceleistungen basiert.Die Einführung des Qualitätssystems “Q” des Instituts für Spanische Tourismusqualität, mit der Unterstützung vom Spanischen Ministerium für Industrie, Tourismus und Handel, versichern, dass die ausgezeichneten Strände die höchsten Qualitätsansprüche in Bezug auf die den Strand-besuchern gebotenen Leistungen erfüllen.
Die Gemeinde Calvià erhält diese Auszeichnun-gen jedes Jahr für einige ihrer Strände.
