At Educ8 Training, we address all of the above in our brand new LEAD21 courses by tackling common leadership and management challenges, providing solutions and working strategically with your managers and leaders to ensure your business operates as smoothly as possible. We support you in achieving your organisations’ objectives and maintain a culture of coaching and positivity amongst team members of all levels.

Each delegate is offered a coaching session which takes place in the workplace following the attendance of all workshops.We believe this to be crucial in supporting delegates to transfer knowledge gained during LEAD21 back in to the workplace. No assignments are required to achieve the qualifications, which is where the digital twist comes to play. All delegates access Google Classroom to access resources, collaborate with our trainer and fellow delegates, as well as showcasing their new found knowledge when delivering their presentations.

Take time to assess and make a judgement on the effectiveness of own organisation in measuring team performance against organisation goals. We explore various management theories to evaluate the role of leadership, and support you in undertaking a critical review of own ability to develop and lead teams to achieve your organisation’s goals and objectives. In this review you will implement changes to your own leadership style in order to effectively develop and lead your team.

Reflect on your own ability to use leadership style in different situations and with different people in order to fulfil the leadership role. We discuss theories of emotional intelligence to assist you in reviewing and making judgements on the effect of emotions on own and your team’s performance. You will review your own ability to set direction, motivate, delegate and empower others and create a personal development plan to improve own ability to lead.

We tackle real life problems which you, your team or your business might be facing currently and help you to use a simple decision-making technique to arrive at the best solution to overcome the issue. You will create an action plan for the implementation and communication of the solution with your teams, and we will teach you effective monitoring and review techniques you could use to evaluate the effectiveness of your chosen solution.

Unit 2: Becoming an Effective Leader

We explore factors that affect motivation levels in the workplace, and how different people appear to be motivated by different things. Take time to reflect on what motivates you, and how to motivate your team by applying a simple motivation theory.

Unit 2: Understanding How to Motivate to Improve Performance

Learn what your preferred leadership style is using feedback from others, taking time to reflect on how you could enhance your leadership behaviour by adapting your leadership style in different situations with different people. We explore leadership models to assess your preferred patterns of leadership behaviour, and how effective these are within working practices and the culture of your organisation. Learn of emotional intelligence theories and make judgements on the effect of emotions on own and others’ performance.
