Introduction
There are many weight loss products out there, which tell you about how to
lose weight, weight loss tips, nutrition and foods, exercises and many otherinformation. Internet is full of this type of information. There are many great
products, which really help to lose weight by giving workable weight lossplan.
Before telling what I am going to share in this book, I want to tell a littleabout myself.
I am Deja Rana and I am very passionate, enthusiastic and energetic
person. I am very passionate about my work and I always trying to give
some valuable things which can really helpful to change other's lives.I lostweight by making small changes in me, my habits and lifestyle. I myself lostweight changing my habit and lifestyle.
When my body started giving an awkward look seemed to be pale, I wasalarmed and started planning to lose weight in healthy and effective ways. I
have lost weight and in the struggle and the process of losing my weight, Ilearned learning many useful strategies and gained a lot of experience.
which I would like to share with all of you So so that all of you can alsoachieve learnwhat I have achieved i.e. "a lean body.
I am just a common person like you. I tried to lose weight in many ways but
soon I realized which what I have already shared with you in my story "HowI have Lost Weight" The biggest problem I face when I started to lose weightwas lack of motivation and staying on track When I started to lose my
weight, nobody motivated me ; I was in a puzzle. I started to lose losingweight with excitement whenever after I bought new products. and after a
A few days later I lost interest and it started feeling and I think I can neverlose weight. I suffered have been suffering with from depression and lack of
motivation and lost interest when people dont like me due to my obesity.
After realization I started working on it. I gained information and learnt
many techniques not only to motivate myself and get my desired body butalso how to make some changes in me, including my habits and lifestyle. I
developed my very own motivational plan and worked was working on it.and Finally I found the required result. It has changed my life forever. I
started remain remaining happy person and got very pleasant personalitysmart too. It not only helped me in losing weight but it also influenced my
every aspect of life.

I started to motivate my friends and family who need help because they are
in a trouble . After following my techniques and plan, they got what theywantand so I decided to help people like you.
