• CODIS allows forensic laboratories (Federal, State, Local and International) to exchange and compare DNA profiles electronically and identify potential suspects by matching DNA from crime scenes to offenders.
• CODIS software is deployed to over 260 crime labs both domestic and across 35 international partners resulting in a large and diverse customer base.
• CODIS maintains the Offender Index, DNA profiles of convicted, arrested or detained individuals and the Forensic Index, DNA profiles developed from crime scene evidence.
• Transitioned CODIS to an advanced Agile software development and DEVOPS methodologies for rapid software delivery and adaptability to CODIS.
• Awarded the Automated Testing and Rapid DNA prototype development effort due to proven success on the maintenance support effort.
• Successfully delivered Rapid DNA Prototype, which incorporated new technologies to rapidly collect, produce and import a CODIS-compatible DNA profile.

• Deliver worldwide secure, internet-based, DoD Accredited, operational network used by 15 international partners and over 1000 trained users worldwide. Allows rapid deployment of plug-and-play technologies enabling users to combat insurgent/criminal/WMD activity.
• The SUNet Enterprise is accredited by DoD to DIACAP and Risk Management Framework standards and has a DoD CIO GIG-Waiver allowing operations via the internet at the tactical edge.
• SUNet provides USG interagency and foreign partner organizations with the ability to securely use tools and data systems on a cloud-based platform, via secure internet connection, to collectively support their operational missions.
• ECS developed the Secure Unclassified Network (SUNet) which is an internet accessible, tool and data platform. It is only the second such entity created but the most operationally used; it provides previously unavailable capability for organizations such as DoD Combatants Commands, DHS and OGA’s.
• ECS has integrated over 40 individual toolsets, applications, and data systems of various levels of complexity into the SUNet platform.
• ECS has developed integrated tool kits for various customers like DTRA, the US Marine Corps SOCOM, the United Kingdom and classified customers. A specific example of a unique toolkit was the Ebola Portal which was stood up by DTRA to assist in the exchange of information amongst various US and foreign agencies to assist in the defeat of the 2015 African Ebola crisis.

• Deliver and support high-performance instrumentation radars for measuring stealth effectiveness of F-35, B-2, F-117 and other platforms.
• Program requires ultra-wideband, high fidelity radar cross section (RCS) measuring system to provide synthetic aperture radar (SAR) and inverse SAR images of ground based or airborne targets.
• Deliver and support reliable, sustainable state of art flight termination systems (FTS) at U.S. flight test ranges.
• ECS has long term relationships with prime manufacturers of stealth systems.
• Over 30 RCS measurement systems deployed and maintained, that are robust and remarkably failure-free.
• Systems are deployed worldwide IAW ITAR regulations. • ECS has the capability to design, prototype, manufacture and install
custom electronics systems. • ECS built out a modern ISO 9001 certified Radar Physics Laboratory in
Chantilly, VA where subassemblies are assembled for factory acceptance test prior to delivery.

• Designs, procure, deliver and maintain the Navy’s worldwide Public Safety Network (PSNet).
• PSNet is a global telecom network with local infrastructure and regional centers that support secure information transport and communications for public safety and emergency services, facilities management and force protection at US Navy and Marine Corps bases around the world.
• ECS is responsible to CNIC for all aspects of the network including cyber defense, certification and accreditation, and integration of biometric systems, automated vehicle gates and video monitoring for anti terrorism and force protection activities.
• ECS deployed PSNet, the largest geographic Enterprise Land Mobile Radio (ELMR) network in the world, recently extended to Romania and Bahrain.
• ECS is deploying a Global Tech Refresh of Aruba Wireless systems. • ECS continues with the Defense Biometric Identification System
(DBIDS) Implementation & Transition. • ECS successfully supported and achieved a three year
Authorization to Operate (ATO) for PSNet Enterprise Services • ECS was recently awarded a three year $75M competitive follow
on contract with surge capacity.

• ECS supports 11,500 EPA end users nationwide, provides Tier 1 and 2 agents at EPA HQ in Washington, DC and in Raleigh, NC, and operates 21 local Tier 2 help desks at EPA Regions across the U.S., large and small.
• ECS works closely with partners to provide Common Core Desktop images, and deliver Microsoft Deployment Toolkit fixes. Our Engineering Team performed in excess of 20,000 BigFix software pushes in 2016.
• ECS provides EPA with network engineering and administration, LAN support, training, and web applications/software development, including COTS-based and proprietary applications.
• For NAVAIR ECS provides 24x7x365 Tier 1 and Tier 2 services to ~93,000 customers across the Navy worldwide; handling a monthly average of ~38,000 incidents and service requests.
• ECS provides NAVAIR sites with NMCI/NGEN support services for
unclassified NMCI task order processing, software application certification, and full life cycle support.
• ECS supports all NAVAIR sites with video technology services
including research, design, planning, development, implementation, installation and maintenance of classified and unclassified video systems.

• The DHA Computer Network Defense Support effort includes Military Health Systems and the Navy Medicine Information Systems Support Activity.
• Support includes design, integration, implementation, sustainment,
technical refresh, and life cycle support for all aspects of Network Infrastructure and Defense Services.
• Sites serviced are located around the world, providing unclassified
connectivity to the Defense Information System Network (DISN), and Non-secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET).
• Network Protection includes the design, deployment and operation of
network protection infrastructure bases worldwide.
• ECS is the Computer Network Defense Service Provider (CNDSP) supporting DHA and Military Health System sites worldwide.
• This effort originated with a $3.5 million sole source contract and is now a
$71 million, 5-year contract. • This is the only SPAWAR contract providing computer network defense
services to the Defense Health Agency.
• ECS’ CND support includes system design, integration, implementation, operational sustainment, technical refresh and life cycle support. This includes supporting all aspects of Network Defense, CND services, and Application and Security System efforts.

• ECS supports the Major Program Manager for Surface Ship Weapons who has acquisition responsibility and life-cycle management accountability for all missiles, launchers and gun systems and responsibility for integration of STANDARD Missile-3 for the Navy.
• ECS Provides senior programmatic and engineering support, which includes, Technology Insertion through the Future Navy Capabilities (FNC) process, Systems Engineering and Integrated Logistics Support Services to include Reliability, Maintainability and Availability (RMA) support.
• Over 22 years of continuous engineering support to PEO IWS 3.0 • ECS staff posses proven surface weapon and combat system
experience, extensive knowledge of ship integration challenges and processes, and sustained superior performance in support of PEO IWS and other Surface Navy stakeholders.
• The ECS team has an in depth understanding of the system and shipboard integration issues associated with the Navy Integrated Fire Control – Counter Air (NIFC-CA) concept and the interaction with the SM-6 missile.
• Team members have participated in performance modeling, system trade-offs, and T&E analysis that have affected system design requirements and Verification and Validation (V&V) efforts for Theater Ballistic Missile Defense Programs.
