The following weed management measures are to be applied to the lot.• Monitor and control declared weeds on new lots for a minimum period of 5 years form time of purchase.• Weeds to be controlled by foliage spray, hand digging or cut and paste methods.• All vehicle and equipment entering the lot are to adhere to vehicle hygiene protocols as per the ‘Weed & Disease Planning and

Hygiene Guidelines (2015)’ as per following:- Equipment and vehicles are to be clean prior to unloading on the site and cleaned on site before removal. Cleaning includes

the removal of soil, mud etc. and the blowing of any dry plant material from the vehicle.- All loading and unloading of machinery must be carried out on hardpan areas.- The area of the development must be fenced off (temporary fencing is adequate) to prevent traffic across other lots or

undeveloped portions of the site.- Vehicle access to the site is to be restricted to essential vehicles and machinery only to minimise the opportunity for weed

seed and pathogens to leave the site and to reduce wash down requirements. All non-essential vehicles are to remain onhardened areas.

- All staff and contractors that enter the site are to be briefed on the importance of the vehicle hygiene protocol in terms ofweed control.

- All topsoil removed during the construction stage of the development is to be stockpiled on the site for later use. Sedimentfences are to be set up around the topsoil stockpiles and maintained on a regular basis.

As per N.C.C part 3.9.2,Openable windows greater than 4m above ground level are to be fitted with a device to limit the opening or a suitable screen so a 125mm sphere cannot pass through, and withstand a force of 250N.Except for bedrooms, where the requirement is for heights above 2m.
