BLUE HEN EASY PASS MONTHLY WASH CLUB MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS.

The Blue Hen Easy Pass monthly wash club provides car washes in each month membership is renewed. Blue Hen Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary.

Membership can be canceled at anytime. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. There is no long term contract.

Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay thedifference at the time of wash. Only the car listed on this form is eligible for the program and must have a Blue Hen Easy Pass RFID tag affixed to vehicle.

Members may add one additional car to their account: seepricing & details below.

Damaged tags should be reported to Blue Hen Car Wash immediately. Any attempt to remove the tag will destroy the tag and keep it from operating. Member must notify Blue Hen Car Wash of any change in ownership of any car on their account.

By enrolling in the Blue Hen Easy Pass program I agree that the credit/debit card provided will be charged the amount listed on the Sign Up Sheet beginning on the date onthis Sign Up Sheet and each month thereafter on the anniversary date. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit/debit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.

Members may add one additional car to their account at the rates listed below. All cars must be charged to the same credit/debit card to receive multi-car discount.

• Easy Pass Clean: $16/mo for one additional car;• Easy Pass Shine: $24/mo for one additional car;• Easy Pass Protect: $32/mo for one additional car.

May not be used in conjunction with any other discounts. One car wash per day per vehicle please. No commercial or for-hire vehicles. Please ask about our Fleet Pricing.
