Concrete SidewalksReplaced in Greenbelt

On Friday, July 7, sections of the concrete sidewalks were replaced just north of Slater. There was a main line break un-der the sidewalk a few weeks prior.

We also replaced part of the circular sidewalk around the new Sycamore tree due to cracks caused from the large tree and roots that sadly had to be removed last Spring.

The board approved to replacement the remainder of the main line from just north of Slater to El Rubi Circle. The sec-tion from El Rubi Circle to the North Pool was replaced earlier this year. These irrigation lines are about fifty years old and are beginning to break, not just in the connection joints but along the pipe due to the high volume and pressure that passes through them.

Thank you for your patience during the construction pro-cess.

Board Approves the New HVAC Units for Family Clubhouse and Preschool Room; Look-ing to Add AC to the Adult Clubhouse this Fall

The HVAC units are located on top of the buildings. They haven’t been working very well lately. There have been nu-merous leaks in the two buildings when it rains due to old duct work and air vents. The new models will be more energy effi-cient, along with new digital programmable thermostats.

2017 Green Valley Dolphin Swim Team

The elite swimmers will participate in the league finals on Saturday, July 29th. The team will complete their season with a banquet and awards on July 30th. -If it rains, we still hold lessons. We will only cancel if there is lightning.

-Street sweeping is the second and fourth Thursdays of each month in the morning. Park at your own risk.

-PLEASE DO NOT FEED YOUR CHILD 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS to help cut down on pool closures due to vomit. In case of pool closure, the les-sons will be moved to the North Pool (10824 Los Jardines East.) A note will be posted on the South Pool gate. The family may be charged the $150 cleaning fee.

Pool Location & Information:
