gratitude to the people of Green Valley. It has been my pleasure to be of service to you for 35+ years, and I look forward to continuing to be of service in the months and years ahead.

Thank you again Green Valley for making me your Realtor of Choice for so many years. I appreciate your business and enjoy being of service to you.

*Swimmers are not allowed to enter the pool before their class time and must vacate the pool at the end of their lesson.

General Information:

-Goggles are highly recommended. Class size is limited to four to eight students. Classes fill, so register early! Full payment due at registration. No refunds.

-Evening lessons are reserved for Green Valley residents only. Nonresidents can only register for the morning les-sons.

-Parents must stay at the pool during lessons. Should the pool be closed at any time during lessons, the instructors will need to leave to go to the North Pool.

-No refunds. If you miss a class, we do not offer make-ups or partial refunds.

-If it rains, we still hold lessons. We will only cancel if there is lightning.

-Street sweeping is the second and fourth Thursdays of each month in the morning. Park at your own risk.

-PLEASE DO NOT FEED YOUR CHILD 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE START OF CLASS to help cut down on pool closures due to vomit. In case of pool closure, the les-sons will be moved to the North Pool (10824 Los Jardines East.) A note will be posted on the South Pool gate. The family may be charged the $150 cleaning fee.

Pool Location & Information:

- All lessons will be held at the South Pool, 10739 Los Jar-dines West, Fountain Valley.

-The South Pool is open to Green Valley residents only during swim lessons. Anyone interrupting the lessons will be asked to leave the pool deck area. Nonresidents may not free swim before, during or after lessons.

-There are no lifeguards on duty during the morning les-sons. A parent/guardian must accompany and supervise children under the age of 14 yeas at all times. Please be at the pool side to pick up your child immediately at the end of class. There is a ten minute break between classes when we clear the pool of all swimmers.

-Please obey the pool rules listed on the fence of the pool deck. Keep the gates closed and locked at all times!

-All children under the age of 4, potty trained or not, must wear a swim diaper or rubber pants in the pool at all times. Please take your child to the restroom before class begins to help cut down on pool closures due to defe-cation. The family may be charged the $150 pool cleaning fee.

Pool InfoHeaters: The pools are heat-ed to 84 degrees. The Adult Pool will be heated the end of May. The North and South Pools are heated.

Keys: The pool keys are the same this year. If you lost your keys or need to purchase an additional one, they are $100 each and must be purchased by the homeowner of record. Please bring your ID with you to the Association office.

Pool Tags: For Green Val-ley children 6 to 17 years of age. They can be used like a pool key. During the summer months, the lifeguards will open the pool gates for chil-dren with a tag from noon to 6:00 p.m. Tags can be pur-chased in the Association of-fice for $3. Red tags are for children 6-13 years of age and green tags are for those 14-17 years.

Lifeguards: Beginning June 24th, lifeguards will be at the family pools daily from noon to 8:00 p.m. Security will be assigned on weekends at the family pools from 2:30 to 10:30 p.m.

To assist in the safety of all children, we ask that an adult stay within 5’ of small children in the pool at all times. We also require that an adult be within 10’ of any child that is not a strong swimmer or able to swim across the pool in the deep end.

The pools remain open during facility rentals. Pool usage IS NOT included in a facil-ity rental. No large groups, organizations or pool parties allowed. Homeowners may have four guests only!

No soap or shampoo is al-lowed in the showers. The showers are for a quick rinse only, not your daily shower.

See page five for a complete list of the pool rules.
