2. DoublePositive Matches Leads to a Hot Transfer-receiving Client and sends leads to the DoublePositive Call Center – Leads are called an average of 3 times per day and remain in the dial queue for 8 consecutive business days. If no transfer occurs after eight days the leads are removed from the dial queue and assigned a “No Contact” Final Disposition.

3. Call Center attempts to Contact, Qualify, and Transfer Each Lead – and also provides a final disposition for each lead called.

Our Return Policy

• Duplicates – We de-dupe leads coming into our database using email address, home phone, and the combination of street address + zip code.

• Missing Required Fields – There are approximately 15 required fields for each lead we accept. Please refer to our Lead Fields and Format Specifications Document for details.This document is located in the Supplier Agreement.

• Outside of Order Filters – A lead that does match the filter parameters we publish each day (reflecting our ever-growing network of transfer-receiving clients)

• Does Not Result In A Hot Transfer After 3 Business Days – DoublePositive returns all leads that do not result in a Hot Transfer, since DoublePositive did not introduce a new competitor (mortgage company) into the non-transferred leads and thus did not affect or alter the economic value of those particular leads. For the ones we do add a competitor to (via Hot Transfer), we pay a handsome fee.

What About the Age of the Leads?

1. Best Approach – Real-timeIf you are either generating your own leads or receiving your leads in real-time, we can easily configure our system to accept leads from you in real-time using whatever method is most convenient for your (i.e. XML web service post, http query string post, FTP upload, etc.). Contact us with whatever specs are necessary and we can be hooked-in in 24 hours.

2. Second-Best Approach – 24-hour Batch FilesIf your are not generating your own leads and/or do not receive them in real-time from your own sources/campaigns, we can accept leads in the industry-standard 24-hour batches (5 days a week). Just ask us to send you a sample of the required Excel format.

3. Acceptable – 3-days Old Batch FilesIf you require that your existing clients always “get the first shot” at the borrowers, we can accept leads up to three days old. However, overall transfer ratios are typically lowest with older leads, resulting in a lower payout (typically the $15 per lead minimum).

Realistically, our current required filter configuration should cover 50-80% of all leads that are currently being generated daily. This is important because we cannot payout on leads that do not generate revenue via Hot Transfer, thus we are held to only leads that match the combined filters of our transfer-receiving clients.

Leads from the vendors with the highest overall transfer ratio are sent to the call center first. This approach, of course, is to reward our best-performing suppliers.
