WHAT IS DORK DAY?
Dork Day is a celebration of all things Dork!
Ahead of the release of Dork Diaries #12, we want to drive fans of the series into your store and get them excited about the new book.
Participating fans will receive a fantastic goodie bag of Dork treats – including an exclusive sampler of Dork Diaries #12 – and participate in Dork activities in-store.

WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO?
We will provide you with everything you need to promote your Dork Day and collect registrations in August, including exclusive Dork Day decorations and posters to promote your day in-store.
Once you have an idea of numbers we’ll send you activity packs and goodie bags, which you can distribute to registered fans on the day.
If space allows, you might like to set up an area in your store where fans can take part in Dorkish activities, such as colouring, find-a-word and writing your own Dork diary.
PROMOTION
Print adverts
We’ll promote stores with confirmed Dork Day activities in a print advert in It Girl magazine. Distribution: 30,000
Better Reading
EDM Targeting mums looking for school holiday activities. Subscribers: 45,000 with a 14% open rate
Good Reading & PK Magazine
We’ll work with Good Reading and PK Magazine to explore further opportunities to promote Dork Day, especially with librarians.
POINT OF SALE
We’ll provide you with everything you need to deck your store in Dork!
Your pre-awareness Dork Diaries #12 POS will be delivered in early September and will include:
• A2 Posters
• Shelf-talkers
• Bookmarks promoting the series
