DAY ONE

Arrival from Paris or Champagne or Lyon Welcome by your private english speaking driver guide and start with a visit of the Hospice de Beaune followed by a wine tasting at Joseph Drouhin Hospices Civils de Beaune which have, since their foundation in 1443 by the Chancellor Nicolas Rolin, kept their doors open to everyone without interruption. This institution, unique in its historical and wine-producing, is closely connected with the economic life of the region . Dinner at your leisure

DAY TWO

9am- Meet your English speaking driver guide in the lobby of your hotel and drive to the Cote de Nuits Guided tour of Château Clos de Vougeot. Founded in 1098 by monks, the vineyard of Clos de Vougeot covers 50 hectares. Its wines are ones of the most famous in Burgundy.Today the vineyard is divided between 80 owners. • Chateau Clos Vougeot is listed by UNESCO as a world heritage. Tour and tasting at Château de La Tour (Vougeot). Château de La Tour is the largest and one of the most important producers in Clos Vougeot. The domaine itself is located right in the vineyard on the northern side of the Clos Vougeot, with holdings of six hectares of old vines in Clos Vougeot from which the Vougeot and a Vieilles Vignes are made (the latter hailing from vines between eighty and one hundred years of age).. Lunch is at your leisure Then enjoy a Private tour & tasting at Domaine Bertagna – The vineyards of the historic Domaine Bertagna once belonged to the Cistercian monks, famous for founding Clos de Vougeot in the 13th century. The estate’s cellars and vineyards are still located in the heart of the village nearby the Château and its ancient Chapter House, but the winery is today owned by the Reh family. Overnight in a 4*L

Check out after breakfast. Meet with your private chef and departure for the visit of Beaune Market followed by a private cooking class with lunch Chef Anna graduated at the Ritz Escoffier school and did her training in the Kitchen of the Ritz Paris, the Villa San Michele in Florence, the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon and at Ducasse in Paris. She will teach you the secrets of Burgundian specialities. After the cooking class you the will enjoy the 3 courses lunch you will have prepared .
