Dal 1990 DIERRE produce sistemi a scomparsa per chiusure scorre-

voli interne. Una lunga esperienza che ha portato l’azienda a confer-

mare la notorietà acquisita non solo per le chiusure di sicurezza, ma

anche per i sistemi a scomparsa. Per rispondere alle nuove esigenze

del mercato, nel 1994, l’azienda inizia a produrre anche sistemi a

scomparsa per chiusure scorrevoli esterne. Un continuo miglioramen-

to, qualitativo e tecnologico, che porta all’ apertura del nuovo stabili-

mento di 10.000 mq, con una linea di produzione all’avanguardia e,

dal gennaio 2006, alla realizzazione di NEW SPACE DIERRE, il nuovo

cassonetto dalle caratteristiche innovative. Oggi DIERRE produce

ogni anno 130.000 sistemi a scomparsa per chiusure scorrevoli:

Since 1990 Dierre has been producing indoor hide-away sliding

closure systems. A long experience that has led the company to

confirm the recognition acquired not only for security doors but

also for hide-away systems. In 1994 to respond to the new market

requirements, the company also begun to produce outdoor hide-

away sliding closure systems. A continuous improvement, from

the quality and technological point of view, leading to the opening

of the new 10,000 m2 plant with a vanguard production line and,

New Space restituisce alla casa ed agli

ambienti tutto lo spazio normalmente occu-

pato dalle porte a battente. Un’idea intelligen-

te per recuperare vivibilità e funzionalità fino a

ieri limitate, sia in costruzioni nuove che pree-

sistenti. Grazie alla solida struttura in acciaio

zincato che si inserisce all’ interno di una pare-

te divisoria in laterizi o cartongesso, le porte

da interni scorrono silenziosamente fuori e

dentro il muro, regalando agli ambienti spazi

che in precedenza restavano inutilizzati. Una

soluzione che offre nuove possibilità di arre-

do, in grado di ospitare qualsiasi tipo di porta:

con decorazioni e rilievi.

New Space gives back to the house and to

the surroundings all the space normally

taken up by hinged doors. A clever idea to

recover liveability and functionality which

were always limited, both in new and pre-

existing buildings. Internal doors slide

smoothly outside and inside the wall, giving

back to the surroundings room that was pre-

viously unused, thanks to the robust galvani-

zed steel structure that fits inside a brick or

plasterboard dividing wall. A solution that

offers new furnishing possibilities, able to

house any type of door: modern or classic,

single or double leaf, smooth or with pat-

terns and reliefs.

RIGIDITÀ STRUTTURALE (versione per intonaco): Il cassonetto è realizzato conlamiera elettrozincata da 0,5 mm di spessore. STRUCTURAL RIGIDITY (plaster version): the structure is made out of 0.5 thicksheet metal. During the production cycle, the smooth sheet is transformed into a "corru-gated panel", obtaining vertical ribs on which transversal Omega are fixed which make thestructure a single body, thus avoiding structural deformation during the masonry works.Some strips protrude from the sheet metal that – folded in - lock the mesh in place.

FONDO CASSONETTO ESTRAIBILE :Nel caso in cui il cassonetto fosse stato murato più alto del piano pavi-mento finito, è possibile estrarre il fondo del cassonetto in modo darecuperare l’errore di posa e poter infilare normalmente il pannelloporta, senza doverlo rifilare in altezza.

GUIDA A PAVIMENTO :Per garantire lo scorrimento lineare del pannello porta, la guida a pavi-mento viene posizionata all’ingresso del cassonetto e fissata con dueviti ai montanti, senza forare il pavimento.

FLOOR GUIDE: In order to ensure the door panel to slide smoothly, the floor guideis positioned on the front part of the structure and fixed to thejambs with two screws, without having to make holes in the floor.

REMOVABLE STRUCTURE BOTTOM: In case the structure has been bricked-in higher than the finishedfloor level, it is possible to extract the bottom of the structure so asto make up for the fitting mistake and being able to normally slide-in the door panel, without having to trim the top off.

FINE MESH : Supplied as standard with the structure, the fibre glass mesh, applied betweenthe metal structure and the brick wall, it avoids the formation of cracks in thisarea, when the plaster is setting.

KIT PER APERTURA SIMULTANEA DELLE ANTEIl meccanismo permette di aprire simultaneamentei due pannelli-porta, utilizzando una sola mano.Può essere installato anche con i cassonetti giàmurati : è sufficiente estrarre le due guide smonta-bili, montare su ognuna la carrucola di rinvio e suidue pannelli porta i blocchetti il fissaggio del cavo.

KIT FOR COINCIDING OPENING OF THE DOORS The mechanism allows to simultaneously open thetwo door panels, using only one hand. STAFFE PER FISSAGGIO STIPITE MONTANTE LATERALENel Kit falegname, contenuto all’interno, del cassonetto, sono pre-senti tre staffe (A). Fissate nella parte posteriore del montante (B), inposizione corrispondente alle asole del montante laterale già murato(C), permettono di fissare lo stipite laterale (B) in modo veloce, utiliz-zando le viti (D). Questo montaggio permette di fissare lo stipite late-rale (B) in posizione perpendicolare al pavimento, anche se il mon-tante (C) fosse stato murato “fuori piombo”.

STAFFE PER FISSAGGIO STIPITE MONTANTE LATERALENel Kit falegname, contenuto all’interno, del cassonetto, sono presenti trestaffe (A). Fissate nella parte posteriore del montante (B), in posizione corri-spondente alle asole del montante laterale già murato (C), permettono di fis-sare lo stipite laterale (B) in modo veloce, utilizzando le viti (D). Questo mon-taggio permette di fissare lo stipite laterale (B) in posizione perpendicolare alpavimento, anche se il montante (C) fosse stato murato “fuori piombo”.

KIT PER DOPPIA ANTA Questo kit composto da una testata doppia (1A) e da due distanziali (2B) permette di trasformare due cassonetti singoli in un cassonetto doppio. In questomodo tenendo a magazzino solo cassonetti ad un’anta più i kit più comunemente usati , si ha la possibilità in ogni momento di comporre un cassonetto adoppia anta. L’assemblaggio è alquanto semplice e non richiede nessuna modificadi lavorazione sul prodotto.

KIT FOR DOUBLE LEAFThis kit composed by a double transom (1A) and two spacers (2B) allows to transform two single structures in a double structure. In this way havingto keep in stock only the single leaf structures and the more commonly used kits, it is possible at any time to make up a double leaf structure. Theassembly is quite simple and does not require any modification process on the product.

Vengono forniti in MDF, impiallacciati grezzi, levigati prontiper essere verniciati e montati sulla struttura del cassonetto. Ogni confezione contiene: (1) un montante laterale con le guarnizioni di battuta (nel kit per doppia anta, questo ele-mento non è presente), (2) due traversi, (3) due coprifilo con gli spazzolini parapolvere.

The architraves, supplied as a kit, are available in all the standard measu-res, for the different structure types. Il cavalletto espositore si presenta in modo alquanto pratico e funzionale per quantoriguarda il montaggio e la presentazione del prodotto. La sua struttura portante in tubo-lare verniciato di colore blu contiene un cassonetto NEW SPACE di dimensioni standard2100 x 600 in versione intonaco. L’espositore viene spedito in cassa di legno ,chiusa conreggette di acciaio, in modo da garantirne la sicurezza nel trasporto. All’ interno il prodotto è suddiviso in pochi elementi facilmente montabili: (1) la base diappoggio, (2) la struttura portante con il cassonetto montato e con la porta scorrevolelaccata bianca inserita, e con gli stipiti già fissati, (3) la pedana in due elementi, in legnocon la superficie protetta da materiale antisdrucciolevole di colore granito, (4) una lunet-ta con il marchio DIERRE in materiale plastico rigido di colore argento, (5) una confezio-ne con viti e schema di montaggio.

The exhibitor stand is extremely practical and functional regarding installation and pro-duct presentation. Its tubular supporting structure, painted blue contains a NEWSPACE 2100 x 600 standard-size structure for the plaster version. The exhibitor isshipped in a wooden box, sealed with steel straps, in order to ensure safety in trans-port. The product is divided inside in few easily fitted items: (1) the support base, (2) thesupporting structure with the assembled structure and with the lacquered white slidingdoor inserted, and with the jambs already fixed, (3) the platform in two items, in woodand with the area protected by grey non-slip material, (4) a plate with the Dierre trade-mark in silver hard plastic, (5) a pack with screws and installation diagram.

Studiata per i grandi spazi. La scelta migliore per

tutti gli ambienti grandi e molto frequentati ha, infatti,

la peculiarità della doppia anta scorrevole che agevola

il passaggio in ogni situazione. Modello per 2 ante scorrevoli

parallele, singole o doppie. Primato è indicato per i grandi spazi

da dividere o rendere comunicanti a seconda delle necessità.

Contiene due porte scorrevoli parallele all’interno di un’unica
