PRODUCTSCREEN

UsetheProductsscreentosearchandviewproductsandproductgroups.Searchthroughproductgroupingsaspartoftheorderingprocess,andnavigatetootherscreens,suchasproductDetails.TheProductsscreenallowsyoutoeasilynavigatethroughproductsassociatedwithacustomer(end-user)usingorderguides,customlists,andotherfilterslikeproductclassification.Youcanalsosearchforproductsusingmultiplesearchcriteria,includingbarcodes.

ThisscreenalsocontainsaQuickAddtoolforfasterproductandquantitydataentry,whichallowsyoutoefficientlynavigateinlistviewtogeneratetheorder.EachPowerMobilescreentypicallyincludesasidebarpanelcontainingSort,List,andFilteroptions.Menunavigationiconsexistonthetabletviewinthefarleftmenubarsection.Onasmartphone,tomakebetteruseoflimitedscreensize,wehidthisportionofthescreentoallowforeasierviewing.

6. ClicktheSubmitPickupbutton.ThepickuprequestprocessesandyoureturntotheOrdersscreen.Acreditmemocreatescorrespondingtotherelevantinvoice(s)oncethepickuprequestgetsapproved.

MESSAGES

Thereareoccasionswhenthedistributioncenter(DC)mustnotifyPowerMobileusersaboutanorderorproduct,likeproductrecalls,shippingshortages,orsubstitutions(basedoninformationstoredinPE).TheMessagesscreenallowsyoutosearch,view,sort,andfilternotifications,withasimplewaytonavigatetounreadmessages,orscrollthroughallyourmessagessoyoucanseeyourimportantinformationatonce.

ThesemessagescanbesentbythePowerNetadministratortodifferentaudiencesandthemessagescancontainhyperlinks,soitcouldbeusedtotargetcustomers,chains,SRs,etc.
