ACCOMODATIONCharming apartment, recently restored, in typical Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed beams.Located on the second floor (without lift) of a typical Florence palace, the apartment is very welcoming and bright and, despite a very central location just a few meters from Piazza Duomo and the Medici Chapels, it is not burdened by the typical pedestrian traffic.Ideal for a couple, but also extremely comfortable for 4 people, thanks to its large sofa bed island located in the living room. Here there is also the built-in kitchenettes. The bathroom is located between the two rooms, so very convenient for the two environments.Just outside the apartment you will find everything you could wish for: the artistic and architectural treasures of Florence, bars, cafes, supermarkets, and all the boutique fashion of Florence.Also, around the corner, there is the large and historic San Lorenzo’s market , full of stalls that sell food and souvenirs. Inside the “Mercato Centrale” you will find on the ground floor countless stands selling food; on the second floor, bathed in the light of a huge glass dome, there are several places where you can have lunch and / or dinner at any price and with numerous variety of cuisine, from the typical italian food to that for vegetarians and vegans people.

THE DISTRICTThe apartment is on the second floor, in a prime tourist location where you can easily walk to the major tourist destinations in our beautiful Old Town UNESCO’s treasure.Among these we recommend: “Piazza Santa Croce”, the “Galleria Uffizi”, “Piazza della Signoria”, The “Duomo” and the famous “Ponte Vecchio”!Nearby you can find many florentine restaurants, as well as bars, pubs and “vinaini” where you can taste the good Tuscan wine.As regards shopping you can visit the nearby quaint local market of San Lorenzo, just a few minutes walk, or take a leap in one of many small supermarkets available in the area.Nearby are banks and exchange offices with ATM.

TOUR AROUNDAbout transport, the apartment is easily accessible by public transport. It’s at only 10 minutes walk from S.M. Novella Central Station.The nearest bus stop is less 100 meters.

L’ALLOGGIODelizioso appartamento recentemente ristrutturato dal tipico sapore toscano, con pavimenti in cotto e soffitti con antiche travi.L’immobile, che si trova al secondo piano s/a di una tipica palazzina fiorentina, è particolarmente accogliente e luminoso e, nonostante una location estremamente centrale a pochi metri da piazza Duomo e dalle cappelle Medicee, non è gravato dal tipico traffico pedonale del centro storico. Ideale per una coppia, ma estremamente comodo anche per 4 persone, grazie al suo grande divano letto a isola collocato in soggiorno. Qui si trova anche l’angolo cottura in muratura. Il bagno è situato tra le due camere, quindi estremamente comodo per i due ambienti.Appena fuori dall’appartamento trovate tutto ciò che potete desiderare: le bellezze artistiche e architettoniche di Firenze, i bar, le caffetterie, i supermercati, e tutta la Firenze dello shopping. Inoltre, girato l’angolo, si trova il grande e storico mercato di San Lorenzo, ricco di banchi, sia alimentari che di souvenir. All’interno del Mercato Centrale trovate a piano terra un’infinità di stand che vendono prodotti alimentari; al secondo piano, immerso nella luce di un’immensa cupola di vetro, si trovano vari locali dove poter pranzare e/o cenare a qualsiasi prezzo e con numerose varietà di cucina, inclusa quella biologica e vegana.

IL QUARTIEREGrazie alla sua ottima posizione turistica potrete comodamente raggiungere a piedi le più importanti mete turistiche del nostro splendido Centro Storico patrimonio dell’UNESCO. Tra queste vi consigliamo: Piazza Santa Croce, gli Uffizi, Piazza della Signoria, Il Duomo e il famoso Ponte Vecchio! Nelle immediate vicinanze potrete trovare numerosi ristoranti tipici fiorentini, oltre a bar, pub e ‘vinaini’ dove gustare il buon vino toscano.Per la spesa potrete visitare il vicino e caratteristico mercato di San Lorenzo, distante pochi metri a piedi, o fare un salto nei numerosi piccoli supermercati della zona.
