1. A first set of tests was successfully completedin 2002 with the idea of separating an oil basemud into a high density mud and an nearlyunweighted mud on a continuous basis.

2. A second set of tests was successfully

conducted in 2004, again with an oil base mud,but also with a water base mud.

a special built and designed centrifuge toimprove the capacity of a single centrifuge unit.
