1. “Sharpening”

We can see that they have all the essential elements to do the job but something has to be done before they can be used

Not ready to use until someone has taken us to the sharpener.

This means we are to teach and educate them!

Provide them with Learning Opportunities

State Grange conferencesNational Grange GGS’s, ATT’s, etc…Take them along on with you to

observeShow them how by being a good

They are not perfect. *They will make mistakes

You can clean up you mistakes *Admit them and say “I’m Sorry”

We start off with a little eraser. *Because we hope they learn and make fewer mistakes as they go

It has to give something of it’s self!

And after giving so much after a while what does the pencil need?
