The floor plan contains:
• 1 bedroom • 1 living room + kitchen • 1 bathroom
General information: • MILO house net floor area is ca. 28 m². • Your house(s) will be delivered all-in-one via trailer in one piece. We will take care of the
logistics.
Design your own way of living
• The site preparation is minimal. All a MILO house needs is ground with levelled footing (assuming you want a level floor), access with a crane, and connection points for water, sewerage, and electricity.
• Any required special certifications (material certifications will be provided by Milo Design OÜ)
Payment terms and conditions: The payment terms are always agreed when concluding the contract, but generally the following applies: 1. Advance payment is 20% to 30% of the contract cost, which includes the approval, production and installation drawings and assembled products with a longer delivery time (windows, external doors, steel structures, laminated timber structures, etc.). 2. The client pays for the product 7 days after the product has been delivered to the client. This payment is ca 50% of the contract cost. 3. The client pays the final invoice ca. 20% to 30% before the house will be delivered and installed. The delivery and the third payment will be guaranteed with a payment guarantee issued by the client’s bank. Predelivery inspection should be done by the client. Contact us for further questions.
