Matt 23:37-3837 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, thou that killest the

prophets, and stonest them which are sent unto thee, how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not!

38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate.

39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord (Psa 118).

7. The search to remove leaven became key part of preparations(Read Ezek 34:11; Psa 139:23,24)

both search my sheep, and seek them out.”

Psa 139:23,24“Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and

know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked

way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.

6. Unleavened bread represented hurried flight AND a set apart, holy people

7. The search to remove leaven became key part of preparations(Ezek 34:10-12; Psa 139:1,23,24)

12. Ex 6:7 is at least one of the key passages of the OT (perhaps THE key verse of scripture).

Matt 26 17 Now the first day of the feast of unleavened

bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?

18 And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples.

19 And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover.
