Majors, Concentrations and Options

The Department offers B.S. degrees in three majors: Agriculture, Geosciences, and Natural Resources Management. Certification programs are offered in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), International Agriculture (IACP), Land Surveying and Geomatics (LSGC).

The department is dedicated to introducing students to the full array of disciplines within each program. Courses are offered which collectively provide experiential training in theory, concepts, research skills, data collection, laboratory-based analyses, fieldwork, technical writing and oral presentations with hands-on, practical learning opportunities.
