ST Nubian Architects are artisans within the Built Environment, offering Architecture, Project Management and Turnkey Solutions in

spaces for living, working and playing as well as their supporting infrastructure. We specialise in real estate development, construction

materials and renewable energy projects and strive to discover the most positive use for any space.

During the past 30 years, we have grown to match the demand of our clients on several continents. The international experience of our

team of 50+ professionals has given St Nubian Architects the proficiency needed to handle complex tasks with unrivalled results. We are a

proud Level 2 BEE company and have successfully delivered projects that include offices, factory spaces, property developments, private

and social housing, hotels, schools, universities, prisons and health facilities in South Africa as well as in Uruguay, Chile, the USA and

/ Skills Transfer Program

ST Nubian Architects integrates students into different project teams as part of our internal

skills development program. At present, the company is developing such programs with the

Tshwane University of Technology.

Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) includes theoretical forms of learning that are appropriate

for technical/professional qualifications and includes problem-based learning (PBL) and

project based learning (PJBL). WIL places a strong emphasis on the integrative aspects of

learning. It is best described as an educational approach that aligns academic and workplace

practices for the mutual benefit of students and workplaces.

WIL is based on the principle that learning should be appropriate to obtain a qualification and

should be assessed wherever it takes place or is provided.

/ Director : Camilo Mogni

Camilo Mogni graduated as Architect from the University of the Republic of Uruguay in

Montevideo in 2002. His professional working experience includes the development of

international projects in Argentina, Brazil, Santo Domingo, Spain and the USA.

He is registered with the South African Council of Architectural Professions and is a member of

the Pretoria Institute of Architects and the South African Institute of Architecture. He has

extensive experience and is skilled in urban design and project management and developing

projects from concept stages to construction.

In 2010 he completed his post Graduate Studies in Project Management at the University of

Pretoria and is currently assisting to PGDip and MBA post graduate studies at the Gordon

Institute for Business Science. As director and CEO of ST Nubian he oversees all designs and is

professionally responsible for its projects. In recent years he successfully completed projects to

the value of over 100 million Rand.


/ Shareholding : Mpho Sema

Mpho studied Electrical Engineering at The Vaal University of Technology. As co-founder of ST

Nubian Architects he is responsible for marketing activities and business development. Through his

leadership and dedication ST Nubian Architects has been awarded more than 100 projects over the

years, ranging from Social and Private Residential/Housing, Schools, Urban Design, Offices,

Educational Institutions, Private and Government Medical Facilities, Industrial Projects and Multi-

purpose and Sports Facility Complexes in both the Public and Private sectors.

In 2014, Mpho was appointed to raise funds on behalf of the Emfuleni Local Municipality in South

Africa for infrastructure backlogs amounting to 20 Billion ZAR. To date, 600 Million ZAR has been

successfully raised.

Mpho also works in partnership with six communities within South Africa where he has secured land

to deliver on agricultural projects in: Sunflower, Ginger, Poultry, Garlic & Cattle farming and Piggery.

He is furthermore a director of MB Leather, a company that trades in cattle hides and donkey skins.

Poppy Radebe graduated from the Tshwane University of Technology in 2012, obtaining a

National Diploma in Interior Design. She is currently registered with SACAP as a Candidate

Architectural Draughtsperson.

Throughout her 4 years at ST Nubian Architects, Poppy has gained extensive experience in the

architectural field, working on many diverse social and industrial projects as well as housing

developments.

She is responsible for the running of projects - from Inception stage to Technical documentation

and approvals stage, and assists and shares the knowledge she has gained with her co-workers.

To further her skills within the industry, she is currently studying towards a Btech degree in

Architectural Technology Management.

ability to include all technical services in one team or interact with external project teams. In addition, we also structure the business plan

and finance model of each particular project on behalf of our clients. Our technical services can be grouped in three areas: Architecture,

Project Management and Industrial Architecture that can be combined to produce a turnkey solution.

We are an Archibus business partner and can therefor deliver all the elements required for successful infrastructure and asset management

throughout an asset's life cycle. This is achieved by utilising Archibus, the world's leading management application in this field. Key to this

is the unique feature of the integration of Building Information Management (BIM) and Geospatial applications with Archibus.
