B) LG2 - Delays in Segment /Span erection works in the month of
December 2011:Delays attributable to Soma on this account are 20.5
days till 30th December 2011, which areenumerated here below
andthesummary table attached for reference: Span erection works not
possible due to non availability ofP66 (delay in constructionofP66)
and Segments were not delivered in a single shift
The total delays as of 30th December 2011 are worked out to 314
working days in thecritical path of LG-l inclusive of earlier time
extension claimed of 287 days.Here with we submit our cost of such
delays and you are kindly requested to review the above. and
certify the same so as to enable the payment pursuant to the Clause
