• Expanded Possible Causes data fields - increased to 18.

• The Action fields have been expanded and segmented into the three kinds of actions (C -corrective, I - interim, A- adaptive).

• The Action fields can be transferred to the ACTION MANAGER tool. Click on the Action Manager icon to make the transfer.

• You can also use the File menu item to make the transfer.
