Shooting Sports Club Update
Our Shooting Sports Club will resume meeting in January! Contact the office if you are interested in joining or learning
more about the club.
Dairy Club
Due to the inclement weather, the Dairy Club meeting was canceled in November. The next meeting will be Tuesday, January
22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at the Extension Office. Come join the fun as the topic of
showing and fitting dairy cattle is discussed, along with their trip to Dare to Dairy!
Teen Summit
Middle School 4-H’ers, a conference just for you! See page 6 for more
information. Registration begins January 4, 2019, contact our office if you
would like to attend!
Horse Club and Livestock Club Meeting Together in December!
On December 11,2018 at 5:30 p.m., the 4-H Racers Horse Club and the 4-H Livestock
club are meeting together at the Extension Office. Please make plans to attend.
Clover Buds in Action!
The Clover Buds had so much fun last month using various craft supplies to dec-
orate piggy banks to enter into the Piggy Bank Design contest! Come join the
fun with them at their next meeting on January 28, 2019 at 5:30pm.
Franklin County 4-H is still accepting Piggy Banks for the Contest through
December 21, 2018. See pages 10 and 11 for all the details. If you have
any questions about the contest, please call Krista at 502-695-9035.
