The President asked the VPres, to lead our delegation to the Inaugurationof President-elect Ferdinand Marcos in Manila on Dec. 30th. There will be a3-man delegation. The other two members will be chosen in the next few daysin consultation between the Pres. an d VPres and Secy of State. Our Amb. inManila, Mr. William Blair, will also be an ex-officio member of the delegation.

Attended Childrens Party - hosted by Luci Johnson at the Mansion.The President escorted Santa Claus and they both entered much to the delightand exhilaration of the children. Santa and the President brought great joy to all littlechildren attending Lucius party. pics were taken.(Santa Clauses had been waiting for the President to arrive - and it causedquite a stir when the two made their appearance simultaneously)
