Dear ITT/ESI Team:

It is simply not communicated often enough that what we do each day helps to make a positive difference in the lives of our students and their families! I am confident that you feel the same way that I do in that I am extremely proud of the work we do here every day at ITT Technical Institute. While each member of the ITT Tech family serves in different functions, it is through our collaboration, hard work, dedication and focus on our students that ITT Tech is able to successfully achieve our singular goal of improving student success rates! As you know, the Student Success Cycle begins when a prospective student accepts our offer to help improve their life through the pursuit of a high-quality career-based education with ITT Tech. The cycle continues through the various departments including financial aid, registration and academic affairs and progresses all the way to the point where we assist graduates in obtaining employment, in their field of study, at an income level that presents them with the opportunity for a solid return on their educational investment. These combined efforts help students pursue a positive life change through higher education and we all have seen first-hand what the value of an ITT Tech education for our graduates can be. I want to thank each of you for the work that you do every day. Your commitment and passion for helping others improve their lives is truly inspiring. The core principles of our organization are Quality, Compliance and Customer Satisfaction and these principles remain at the forefront of everything we do in our efforts to increase student success rates!
