experience in multiple sectors such as mobile app, finance, and services. He focuses his business on
bringing cutting-edge technologies to the masses.
Tri Pham has many well-known contacts on Linkedin. He has worked in technical business,
fundraising, partnerships, cutting-edge technology and has a Masters Degree in marketing, branding,
strategic management, e-business (he can probably get this across in business conversations,
otherwise it's not so easy to get big player partners like MATIC, BAND or Contentos)

Huy Nguyen, the CTO / CO-FOUNDER
Huy is a senior Tech Lead Manager at Google, with over 10 years of experience in building large-scale
distributed infrastructures. Huy has a track record of leading many high profile projects, most notably
Google Access Wireless Platform and Google Fiber Network Infrastructure.
I don't think I need to add much more to that. But what is interesting is that Huy worked at Cisco,
one of the biggest US companies, as a software engineer and then joined Google, probably because
Google wanted him for his skills.

Eric Hung Nguyen,the third from the management / CO-FOUNDER
Eric is an investment analyst with years of experiences at Nomura, one of Japanese largest
investment banks and Ember Alpha Ltd., A portfolio company of Elliot Advisor, one of the world’s top
ten largest hedge funds where he managed a portfolio of $2bn.
What I really need to point out here is that Eric is an investment analyst at one of Japan's largest
investment banks and he has managed one of the world's top ten largest hedge funds with over $2B
money. If you ask me, that's exceptional talent when he's entrusted with such a huge risk!
Conclusion:
The combination of Founder, CTO and CFA with the 3 mentioned persons has an extremely high
value for me and I slowly realize where the journey can go and why so many strategic partnerships
were made with the big players...

Other Core Team member
If you think management alone is so extraordinary, then look at the core team members, just insane.
The first 3 following people all work at Google as software engineers. So in summary we have a
competent management and 3 of the Core Team members all work at Google. KardiaChain is the
little google in the early days, little fun but it shows what quality is behind KardiaChain, only the best!
The other 3 people have already occupied prestigious positions in their fields, also insane!

Partners and Advisors
In this market cap area I see few projects that have been able to establish partnerships and advisors
at such a high level as KardiaChain but let's take a closer look:
Advisors The advisors cover all areas, especially the relationship with the Government in Vietnam and the
ANKR Founder.
To name the first and in my eyes a well-known person, Dr. Manh Rinh Vu:
Former Communist Party Chief of Thai Binh Province
Dr. Vu had more than 35 years of work experience in the Vietnamese government. He held key roles
such as Party Chief of Thai Binh Province, Chairman of Thai Binh Provincial People’s Committee, and
Member of Committee on Economic, Planning and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly of
Vietnam.
Dr. Manh Rinh Vu is the first mentioned among the advisors on the website. I think that has its
justification. I think that one or two of the big player partnerships are also interested in the
government relations of KardiaChain because they focus on enterprises and government.

Richard Yun’s career started at Exio Communications Inc. as a Department Lead of Finance, M&A and
Operations, the firm wasacquired by Cisco Systems Inc. at $165 million in 2000. Richard also worked
for Cisco Systems, Inc. and Mobile Agent Technology, Inc. as a Finance M&A and BD. He founded
Conaxtech, Inc. which is a tech-based satellite receiver company.
What I want to point out here, I read on Linkedin that Richard is COO of Coinplug and Coinplug is
World's no.1 blockchain patent holder. Maybe also a good point to protect the unique technology of
KardiaChain, just a thought.

Ryan is a seasoned character in the blockchain industry with a background in finance. He used to
work in major banks such as Credit Suisse, Morgan Stanley, China Renaissance, Capgemini and State

Network. He received B.S., Business Administration & Statistics from UC Berkeley and is also Member

KardiaChain will utilize Matic’s highly scalable technology to meet throughput demands for
KardiaChain’s large-scale enterprise solutions that incur high TPS, such as:
1. KardiaChain’s new mobile payment gateway in collaboration with Vietnam’s largest telco to
serve Vietnam’s 100 million population
2. ON Sports mobile app (Top sports content platform, a subsidiary of Vietnamese National TV)
3. Donation platform for streamers and Youtubers with over 30 millions subscribers
KardiaChain will leverage Kardia Smart Markup Language (KSML) and provide Dual Nodes to watch
other blockchains for Matic. Right this moment, KardiaChain Dual Nodes are connected to Ethereum,
Tron X and NEO. This means that by collaborating with KardiaChain, Matic blockchain on ETH will be
interoperable with other blockchains that are already in Kardiachain networks such as TRX or NEO.
Let’s have a closer look at how KardiaChain will leverage Matic’s technology in an example:
o Each purchase on this new channel is a single transaction. Vietnam with over 100 million
population will be able to use this payment gateway to pay for various 3rd party services
from independent merchants. Therefore, the number of transactions will be immensely high
when moving onto blockchain
o These transactions will therefore be processed on Matic’s highly scalable layer-2 solution
o Sensitive information that needs to be kept confidential, such as customer information will
instead be stored on Telecom’s private Kardia blockchain
o Information that does not require scalability, nor confidentiality but rather transparency such
as 3rd party merchant information will be stored on KardiaChain’s public blockchain

Strategic Partnership with BAND Protocol
Let's see in which points BAND Protocol and KardiaChain cooperate.
KardiaChain, the public blockchain platform leveraging dual node technology for enterprise and
government applications, has entered a strategic partnership with Band Protocol to provide
decentralized data feeds for fiat, cryptocurrency and real-world events to all applications in the
Kardia ecosystem.
KardiaChain will utilize Band Protocol’s technology as of data oracles to integrate smart contracts and
server infrastructures with KardiaChain network, as well as on-board decentralized applications that
utilize Band’s data governance layer to build on KardiaChain blockchain platform. Some of the
powerful use cases are with Geleximco conglomerate, ONSports Adapp and Mobile payment
gateway with top telco in Vietnam.
One of KardiaChain strategic partner, Geleximco — one of the Vietnamese’s leading economic groups
with various businesses such as banking, real estate, construction and agriculture industries to
integrate KardiaChain hybrid blockchain solution. To improve operational efficiency, ensure the
highest security and transparency, such conglomerate requires an effective data system. Band
Protocol will jointly transform it by providing the bridge to all external data sources including but not
limited to fiat price feeds, enterprise and identity data in use cases of Geleximco’s daughter
companies such as decentralized ID, supply chain management and smart city solution.
ON Sports, first KardiaChain’s Adapp (Adoption Dapp) — Vietnam’s top sports content platform with
over 200,000 users who can experience blockchain technology first-hand by being able to predict

national TV cable as government enterprise, has used a centralized oracle. Hence, ON Sports will use

Kardiachain is pioneering in creating a mobile payment gateway in Vietnam, through collaboration

Let's see in which points VITE and KardiaChain cooperate.
To foster user ecosystem in DEX and payment by interoperability and ViteX, KardiaChain will list KAI
on ViteX and explore Vite’s high-performance and high scalability technology via snapshot and
sharding to adopt in our products as well as collaborate with Vite to use Vite’s payment technology
function to maximize KardiaChain payment ‘s effectiveness and user base. Vite will integrate
KardiaChain unique interoperability to serve ViteX cross-chain transactions and work with
KardiaChain’s mobile payment gateway with top Vietnamese telco partner to enhance Vite’s user
ecosystem.
KardiaChain continues to contribute towards a decentralized future by enabling access to KAI tokens
to a wider audience. To mark our ecosystem milestones and strengthen our partnership, we are
happy to announce that KAI is listing on ViteX Exchange, a reputable decentralized exchange product
of Vite. On this occasion, to strengthen our exposure and have more familiarity with ViteX holders,
we will support the distribution of 1,250,000 KAIs shared to ViteX users. Anyone who holds more

KAI is soon to be available on a new payment channel. KardiaChain is developing a mobile payment

60m subscribers, and other SouthEast Asia countries, who will be able to purchase KAI tokens using

The signing ceremony took place at the 2019 East Asia Blockchain Summit: Road to Mass Adoption
organised by Kardiachain. Mr. Eric Hung Nguyen, Chairman of KardiaChain and Dr. Zhongxing Ming,
CEO of Blockcloud have signed the strategic partnership MoU live on stage.
In order to facilitate an interoperable ecosystem with the ability to transfer, share and utilise data
efficiently by bridging the blockchain technology, Kardiachain and Blockcloud are forming a strategic
partnership to combine innovative blockchain solutions to improve data sharing and interchain
connection in order to jointly achieve mass adoption.
Blockcloud is a blockchain-based advanced TCP/IP platform that improves and upgrades the existing
Internet. Blockcloud has a team consisting expert with over 10 Years Experience in the IoT Industry, 8

KardiaChain as the number one blockchain project in Vietnam continues to gain traction in

KardiaChain is thrilled to announce our strategic business partnership with Geleximco — one of
Vietnam’s leading conglomerates with assets totaling more than $2.2 billion, creating stable jobs for
more than 9,000 employees.
Hanoi General Import Export Company (GELEXIMCO) was established in 1993 directly under approval
of the Vietnam Prime Minister at that time. With over 25 years of operation and development,
Geleximco has made great strides to quickly become one of the leading economic groups of Vietnam.
The MoU has been signed by Vu Van Tien, Chairman & CEO of Geleximco and Son Nguyen, Head of
Business Development of Kardiachain. The partnership aims to integrate blockchain into Geleximco

Conclusion from the partnerships:
First of all, I would like to say that there are many, many more great partnerships with KardiaChain
but I cannot mention them all in any detail simply because of the length of the report. There are also
some top partnerships that one must not forget like TOP Network, Tokoin, Morpheus Labs, LG
CNS,Top telecommunications carrier in Vietnam, VTVCab (Vietnamese National TV), Vietnam Football
Federation (VFF) and many more. Unbelievable how many partnerships KardiaChain has established
in such a short and young time.
Technology and Products:
KardiaChain must be divided into 3 categories. Technology, Feature and Products. I will deal with all 3
categories. You can already see that KardiaChain has a strong ecosystem.
Technology The technology is unique and well thought out. We also take care of an easy integration of other
KardiaChain block chain projects such as the KardiaChain Smart Contract Markup Language (KSML)
Dual Nodes
Dual Master Nodes have access to the ledger data of two chains simultaneously (KardiaChain and
another blockchain of choice) to receive transactions between external chains and KardiaChain
ledgers without compromising anything from both chains.

ON Sports is a subsidiary of the largest national TV channel in Vietnam (VTVCab Sport) –

MOBILE PAYMENT CHANNEL
We started the integration process with the largest telco in Vietnam. First rollout will be in Myanmar
as the first market before rolling out in 10 other countries, including Vietnam. When the infra
performance is stable, it will be commercialised in Vietnam as our largest market with over 60m
subscribers, who will be able to purchase KAI tokens using their mobile balance.

I think it is very important that projects (if possible) make their code public. This is a great sign of
trust for the work done and for the quality of the project. KardiaChain has published on Github the 2

Those who are familiar with block chain infrastructure projects know that Certik (backed also by
Binance) is one of the market leaders in block chain auditing. Certik only audits high quality projects,
of course a rating from 0 to 100 points is given. KardiaChain has achieved 95 points out of a possible
100 points in the Smart Contract Audit, which is a great result. KardiaChain can count on a long-term

Users are now able to deploy smart contracts on the testnet, enabled by Kardia Virtual Machine
(KVM). The KVM is one of the main purposes of releasing the KVM on Archi 2.0 is to prepare for the
release of Kardia Smart Contract Markup Language (KSML). KSML is one of KardiaChain’s unique and
innovative technologies. KSML is designed to be the ultimate tool for developers to develop and
deploy multi-chain smart contracts without requiring significant learning curves or any prior
experience. Developers will only need to write a smart contract once, which is then automatically
translated to bytecode and then to other smart contract languages (Solidity, Java, C++). -- Archi
Tesnet 2.0 is the second release of our testnet with several new technical features, numerous
improvements and bug fixes, already with a strong real world use case. Users will be able to test and
interact with smart contracts on our testnet through various activities in our campaign such as

Funds:
A very important topic is the finds of a project. How long can a project be sustained and developed
on its own and when does income has to be generated. Let us first take a look at the current funds:
The project had private investment rounds and an IEO.
The project was x18 oversubscribed within the IEO. So they could potentially raise $19,2M, but the
hardcap of KardiaChain was $1M. All other funds were paid back. It looks like there are really big
investors interested in KardiaChain to raise a large amount of money during an IEO. This also shows
in a way that the project is really very interesting for many. In private Sale they raised $1.7M. So I
think the project is well funded even I think they have other sources of income through all
partnerships with national TV and major cities in Vietnam and Government.

Why price so low
I have been following the project since the IEO. The team is constantly coming up with really
awesome news where other 10 million mcap projects wouldn't even get it done. The fundamentals
are still really strong and if you just go by the fundamentals I see the project at least above 5M mcap
and much higher. But as it is always the case after the IEO pump there are many dumpers that just
sell into the market. If you follow my calls I take advantage of that, I wait until a project is bottomed
by an IEO and then I call it. It is much easier to promote a project when it is bottomed as it is right
after the IEO when sell pressure is very high. The first goal should be the IEO price of $0.00144 and
private sale should be around $0.0025, these are psychological goals in terms of pricing, which from
a pure fundamental point of view would be even undervalued but well, there is more to it than that.
The team is doing everything right in my eyes and working very hard.

Potential
As you can see KardiaChain is from a different league, I could have done a report on Fantom or any
other high quality project based on the fundamentals we find here. If you look only at the
fundamentals, KardiaChain should be at least in a range of 5M mcap and above. We have from the
current x2 price to the IEO price $0.00144 and x4 to the private sale price $0.0025. Whereas $0.0014
and $0.0025 would be much too cheap considering the fundamentals, from here on the price should
really go up. Therefore we have a lot of potential from the current mcap and a lot of potential
upwards. I hope I was able to show you the quality of the project. Strategic Partnerships with BAND
Protocol, MATIC, TOP Network, Tokoin, Geleximco and named by NEO all in the last weeks. Some of
the over 10M mcap projects don't even manage to establish partnerships with such quality projects
for the whole duration of the project, KardiaChain does it within weeks. The CEO and management
and team are High Quality People from Google, Cisco, Government and so on. It's no wonder why the
top block chain projects join KardiaChain and I expect this to continue. You have seen how much
attention a project gets through numerous partnerships like Chainlink. I have researched thousands
of projects but I have never seen so many big player partnerships in such a mcap range and also
articles where the technology is praised and also the other projects report about KardiaChain. It also
looks like KardiaChain is aiming for a big exchange in the near future even though gate.io and
hotbit.io are really solid. Nevertheless I am glad that KardiaChain has big plans in this area as well.
The team not only looks at the technology and the own products but also at the investors and the
token which is a great sign. I have here so Fantom Vibes like back in 2018 where no one knew
Fantom before and was led up to the Binance Listing. In my opinion, KardiaChain can reach Binance
in the long run with such fundamental and hard qualitative work. They also have already established
partnerships and contacts with the whole Binance Mafia projects like Contentos, Band Protocol or
MATIC. CZ will certainly be convinced of the fundamentals one day. I also find the communication in
the announcements, medium articles and especially in the community chat to be excellently
managed. I have rarely seen such transparent and qualitative work in terms of community
management.
