About Us

The people of daredreamdone.com are experienced professional facilitators, coaches and trainers. With over �6 years experience in human resources development we offer great value to our clients. We dreamed this business back in �007, and are very happy to be sharing it with you now. We believe we have created a movement through daredreamdone.com where we help individuals, teams and organisations harness their courage, vision and action for the greater good of everyone. This is more than a business to us, it is our way of life. Team Building and Energisers

We approach team building in two key ways. First we offer formal team interventions addressing specific team issues, like communication, relationship building, performance, and cohesion. Secondly, we offer team days that are designed to reignite passion, and to energise a team with fun and dynamic activities (e.g. we facilitate competitive games like the “amazing race”). We facilitate full or half day events, and also customise activities based on the needs of the client. Our experience in team building has come from working with large scale corporates to small NGO’s. We can accomodate any size team, and will provide expert guidance on your team’s journey.

Team Building Events incorporate many aspects of development for individuals. We apply our philosophy of dare dream and done to each team building design. We will create a unique blend of activities for you that cover aspects of life like courage, vision and of course getting into action.

Individual LearningAlthough we are more inclined to work with you on an experiential basis more than anything else, we do understand the need for more traditional methods of learning. We offer a number of dynamic workshops for individual leadership and personal development.

Our Workshops:We hold monthly public workshops and training in the following areas:> Finding Your Dream Job> Living the Life of Your Dreams> Lessons in Love (refreshing relationships)> Man � Man (the father and son bond)

Experiential CoachingOne of our lead products and services at daredreamdone.com is our unique experiential coaching service. We believe in action based learning, and therefore take our clients out of their conventional office or home environments into diverse and fresh environments. We create the platform for change by providing learning experiences that are challenging and satisfying. We don’t use long winded methods to get results. We are unapologetically creative and dynamic in our approach to coaching.

Corporate Culture Alignment

We develop unique culture tests to recruit candidates who naturally align with organisational values, and we facilitate intensive brand and culture alignment workshops. We believe we have the skills necessary to assist you in reigniting the passion amongst staff towards the brand. We use a series of culture alignment interventions to help you and your staff understand how closely they connect with the values and principles of the organisation.

Our ValueWe purposefully choose not to talk about the cost of something, but rather the value in something. We tailor every intervention to your needs, so in a sense we build each programme for you and with your input. The figures below are a guide of how we determine the value of a workshop, coaching session, or consulting service.
