I urge especially young people to not

cohabitate which is sinful, but to marry in the Church

and prepare well for it.

PEACEFUL PRAYER

From Wed February 26th – Sunday April 5th our pro-life

community in Albuquerque will unite with cities around

the world for a massive, coordinated, pro-life mobilization.

This is an effort to bring together people of all faiths to

pray for an end to the loss of pre-born human life and for

the healing of those affected by abortion.

40 Days for Life is a focused pro-life effort that consists

of: • • 40 days of prayer & fasting

• • 40 days of peaceful vigil

• • 40 days of public witness

A prayer campaign for those who respect the dignity of

all human life and strive for justice for the poorest,

most vulnerable, and the least of God’s children – the

pre-born. Join us in peaceful prayer between 7 am and

7 pm daily at this location: ▪ Planned Parenthood Abortion Mill at 701 San Mateo NE

in Albuquerque

You’re also invited to join Estancia Valley Catholic

parishioners in a peaceful prayer day during the 40-day

vigil in the public right-of-way outside Planned

The Mary Jones Memorial Corned Beef and Cabbage Dinner has been postponed until June 7th, the Feast of

Saint Columba. This lesser known Irish saint was

also a missionary, though he lived quite a few years after St. Patrick. He lived in the 500’s,

and mainly evangelized Scotland, traveling to the Northern Pictish tribes, which were pagan.

He was an Abbot and founded an important monastery on the island of Iona. Saint

Columba is also known as one of the twelve apostles of Ireland.
