An activist Rajkumar Tak had earlier filed a case in city civil court

against the usage of word Hindustani in the item song. RajkumarTakspetition stated that use of such word is highly objectionable.

Apart from this, a 45-year-old Om Prakash Jakhar alleged to sueDabangg makers. He claimed that as the blockbuster films posterbackground contained four numbers that belonged to his family andthe school run by him in Rajasthans Fatehpur Shekhawati, Jakharhas been receiving calls from people asking about Chulbul Pandeyand Munni since then.
