In 1992 I initiated the founding of the Company, which became the Lithuanian leader in the implementation of engineering – electronic solutions and the Baltic leader according to its scope. I personally organised and managed all the Company’s manufacturing, economic, financial, social activities, and coordinated the Company’s internal processes. At present the Company successfully expands to neighbouring countries and exports Lithuanian engineering – intellectual potential. In 2008 I sold the majority share package to the listed USA Investment Company MVC Capital.

I have established and fully accomplished the strategy of real estate centre, i.e., class B business centre of 16.000 sq.m. That is the largest business premises centre in Lithuania.

Shareholder At present the project of class A business centre is established and being implemented in Lithuania. It has been the first such centre after the 2008 financial crisis.

Shareholder I have established and organised the strategy of the Company’s activities. Belvilis is a 60 seats multifunctional guesthouse in the rural surroundings, financed from the EU structural fund resources. In 2006 Belvilis gained the title of the best Lithuanian leisure and recreation project for the best architectural decisions and perfect integration of the object into nature.
